    • I have a LG 65QNED92AUA tv that has issues with the Bluetooth connection dropping off when connected to my earbuds. I believe the issue to be software related. LG has sent 2 technicians out to repair and the first technician changed the main board and Bluetooth transmitter which did not resolve the issue. There are similar issues with Bluetooth Connection from others. Since hardware replacement didn’t help and this is a known software-pattern issue, I would like push LG to specifically address it at the firmware/webOS level. I am unable to escalate to their software team and check if there’s a known patch or beta firmware for the QNED92 line.  For some reason this line of questioning is not available with in LG customer service.  Please help!
    • Add the option to turn off mouse acceleration. I think I would fins it much easier to aim the pointer if I could disable it. I always disable it on computers. You can just add it next to the pointer speed setting under General > System > Additional Settings > Pointer Options   Two other settings I think would make sense to have would be a setting to disable the shake-remote-to-show-pointer feature. Although I like it I can sometimes find it annoying, so why not let the users decide. I always hate it when there aren't settings for things like these. The other setting would be to disable the pointer completely as many users have written that they want to disable it.
    • When you see the file name on  the screen Use the subtitle icon on the lower left of the screen to open the subtitle box Then you can select the subtitles you want to see There is no default related to the tv settings
    • ☺️It's crazy that users manual do not explain any of this.  I've searched endlessly for this answer.  So while watching local channel, using remote I pressed OK to open on-screen Channel List which contains Favorites list. Using arrow buttons to move thru channels and OK buttons to select Favorites, it couldn't be easier. Voila!  End of frustration.
    • Register my id to my tv device 50PM6700-TD
    • I am trying to change my tv region from middle East to USA but changing won't take effect What should I do here that I am missing
    • If I play an MKV video from a USB drive that contains multiple subtitle tracks with correct language tags, will webOS automatically select the appropriate subtitles, for example based on the TV interface language or the country where the TV is being used? Or it will just select first one/makred as fefault?
