IPTV Smarters subtitles

Hello , There is no setting to select subtitles for series and movies, I tried clicking on the colors on the remote, but nothing worked, I poked around in settings and found nothing. I sent several emails to the company, but no response was received. I remember that there was an option in the previous version, who has the same problem and what can be done?

It IS supported AND provided by my provider but doesn't show on LG TV.

I have recently bought LG smart TV and facing the same issue on IPTV smarters pro. Unable to swap between audio tracks on TV itself. I can see options are available but arrow navigates between top settings and bottom fonts, can't select any other option. I have fire tv stick connected with same TV and there I can change the audio track in IPTV smarters pro.

Did you guys receive any reply of your emails from smarters pro? or somebody got any hack. 

If someone can suggest any other free IPTV app for LG smart TV where the same credentials of iptv smarters pro can be used and have audio track option to select.

I had the problem but went to settings, stream format, HLS(.m3u8) and that worked for me.

Try hot player it’s the best player

So this is how I removed my subtitles and I believe you may have to do it with each individual show/movie. While watching the movie, press ok and press down. This will pause the screen. Then on the top right hand corner, you will see settings. Click on it, scroll down and disable subtitles

auriez vous une solution pour afficher au moins sous titres anglais sur iptv smarters pro (je possède une LG oled smart)

impossible de regarde séries en sous titres français lorsque je regarde série en audio anglais

I don't see subtitles on any series with IPTV smarters
With the films there are subtitles in Arabic on my subscription

Fabrice, j'ai également une lg c1 et j'ai testé la plupart des applications iptv gratuites, aucune n'a l'option sous titres... Du coup sur certaines séries ou films ou tu as des pistes sous titres et bien tu ne peux pas pas les activer... 

Comme cité plus haut essayez l'application hotiptv (nouveau nom hotplayer) c'est l'image d'une flamme jaune. 

Tu as 30 jours de test il me semble, après elle est payante, 5€ pour 1 an ou 13€ pour la vie (par appareil) 

Elle est top, franchement le menu est simple et clair et j'ai enfin accès à tous les sous titres !
