Hi
I've been trying many different ways to connect to my TV. I have followed every guide I can find and nothing is working.
Basically, the webOS Desktop Dev Manager thinks my passphrase is wrong. My passphrase is NOT wrong. I have also tried with the CLI tools but nothing works. I have NO idea what I can try further. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Greetings.
A huge problem is connecting an external drive/flash drive to a TV with webos with a large number of files.
It starts scanning all folders, which can take up to 20 minutes. Which is unacceptably long.
On the netcast platform, everything was instant. Maybe it creates previews...maybe something else...
How to disable disk scanning by the webos platform?

I want to attach a device called a "StreamLine TV" to my LG TV that would broadcast the TV audio directly to my hearing aids. It apparently requires any one of the following three connectors to be on the TV:
TOSLINK cable (optical / digital) Cinch cable (RCA / analog) Jack adapter Looking at the back of my TV it doesn't have an old-fashioned RCA jack which seems to be what they mean by a "Cinch cable (RCA / analog").
I'm not sure if it has a TOSLINK cable. Searching for 'TOSLINK' in the PDF user guide returns nothing. But on the back of the TV there is a jack called OPTICAL DIGITAL AUDIO OUT. Could that be a TOSLINK connector, maybe just not named as such in the user guide?

I output the sound from my LG 75UJ657A to external speakers through a bluetooth connection, but it doesn't automatically connect to the bluetooth device when I turn the TV on. Whenever I cycle the TV off and, then, back on, the TV asks if I want to connect to the bluetooth device, and I have to select "yes" with the remote. My smart phone automatically connects to all the bluetooth devices I've set it up with. When I start my car, my phone connects automatically to the car stereo/phone system, and it does the same with other bluetooth speakers I have. This is what I want my TV to do.
How do I get my LG 75UJ657A to automatically connect to the bluetooth device I've set up with it?

We have two LG TV's that stopped connecting to our PLEX media server after the last update. TImes out saying "Checking connection speed to Raspberrypi" which the PLEX is on
Upgraded the Mesh Routers before trying anything, still only the PLEX app doesn't work
Our other TCL TV and Roku and TIVO still work with Plex, so this is only the LG TV's that can't connect anymore.
Another annoying error after the last update is that any Streaming app (Amazon, Netflix, and DIsney) now fall out of the app and go back to HDMI port 1 if we pause for 30 seconds. Which we have always done for a Bathroom break or getting drinks.

Hey y'all,
I've been having a hell of a time getting sound to come out of my edifier R1280T bookshelf speakers. For reference, they are connected via component cable (RCA to RCA I believe?) and I had no problem changing sound output on my last TV to come out of them. So I looked up a few videos and they suggest going to "Device Connector" and setting up the appropriate device (soundbar, home theatre, external speakers, etc.)/ The problem is, when I go under "external speakers/headphones" the only option I'm given is bluetooth! I see a component (or AV) option when I choose "Home Theatre" but when I continue to the next step for audio, my only options are HDMI or Optical .
Is there a way I can connect these speakers with this TV or am I out of luck?
