Hello
I have login issue on a brand new LG TV 55UR640S0ZD there I want to create content with content manager and create Groups with Group Manager 2.0.
I´m trying to login to Dashboard with chrome and Internet Explorer browser which is connected to wlan with IP address:

Without success, what is the default password?
I have reset the TV from Hotell mode menu and ordinary Menu to factory default but does it exist any other way to reset TV?
How can I get access to my TV?

The built in Web Browser will not play Videos on SOME websites after updating to WebOS Version 04.40.25 and 04.40.70. The web sites otherwise work fine. Here is an example that won't play since the 04.40.25 update ...

Hi just got a new QNED LG to replace 2021 Nano tv
the problem is I can’t move my HD channels down to channels 1 to5.
the program manager does not have the function to move channels like my old Nano tv which is only a year older.
is there anyway I can get around this strange function?

Hello,
I own a 55 inch LG WEBOS TV SM8100PVA and I am connecting my SONY WH-1000XM3 bluetooth head set to the TV, it used to auto connect as soon as I power on the headphones, but now it only connecting manually, I have tried to reconnect them (forget and connect again) and the auto detect isturned on, I cannot auto connect them
meaning every time I have to connect them, but only manually, it started happening after I connected them once to my phone and than I unpaired them from my phone,
Can anyone assist :)?

CBS Catchup, Discovery+, POP player, and UKTV Play always need updating. Even seconds after you just updated them. It started doing this a few days ago.
Who can I contact to get this fixed?
Since the "apps need updating" notification now always appears when I switch the TV on, I now have no way of telling if anything really does need updating other than going into the LG content store, clicking Apps, clicking My Apps, and visually checking.
