Hi there, I have successfully created content and a playlist using SuperSign Editor. Now I would like to deploy this content to my LG Digital Sign 86UH5E, which has a built-in media player. The sign is connected to my network via ethernet cable, and I can access it over the network. I see options for "Content Manager", "Group Manager", and "Control Manager" (see screenshot)....however, there does not seem to be a way for me to upload content/playlists created in SuperSign editor. I did a refresh of my LG TV 3 days ago. Sold the old LG 47" 3D LED TV and bought new 55" LG Super UltraHD TV with WebOS. I believe, the biggest con of this new TV is WebOS. Its totally frustrating. Sorry for WebOS fans. It isn't that smart and functional they way it looks. The problem I having since 3 days and being a network engineer, I am unable to solve a network issue myself which is even more frustrating for me. Ok, let me explain the issue. a few weeks ago i got the 43uj6309 LG SmartTV and now i got a question to this TV.
My plan is to install a Ambilight for the TV itself, without HDMI input (as I got none). I red the last days a lot about it and it seems its not that hard.
The only problem is, every topic is about grabbing the video source of an HDMI device, not the TV screen itself. As i dont use any HDMI Device and just stream TV, Netflix and Amazon my ambilight setup has to get the video information from the TV directly.
So i came up with an idea... maybe its not (yet) working or just a stupid idea...
Is it possible to stream the Video signal of the TV to any device trough my network at home? Screensharing or miracast work the same way, dont they? There are Apps like the WEBOS app, where i can scroll trough my photos, so there must be a way to share my TV screen to another WIFI device in the network.
If that works or if there is any way to get the f*** video signal of my TV to the raspberry Pi my ambilight setup would work.
so thanks to anyone who is into the topic and knows someting about it.
I purchase this tv lg 55" SJ800V and i have problem to Share screen from my Phone BlackBerry Q10 to this tv.
Over HDMI Cable everythings works ok. But Over Miracast tv broken connection.
My BlackBerry Q10 have new firmware 10.3.3 and support Direct wifi and Miracast.
Please add fix for this issue. We have 2017 year not 1945.
