      Hello
I keep getting this bar ( see below ) about twice a week. It doesn't require me to do something as far as I can tell. When I close it it disappears only to pop-up again two days later.
Am I supposed to do something ? If not how do I get rid of it ? It is very annoying.
My tv isn't the latest model. LG webOS TV UM 7100PLB

Every time I try to download an app on my LG Smart Tv, even though I’m already logged in it prompts me “you need to log in to install this app, do you want to log in?”. When I choose yes, it takes me to another screen and says “select account to log in with”, but my account is already selected (indicated by a green tick on the top right of my user icon). Even when I click okay on my control, I can’t proceed from this page. I essentially can’t download any apps because I can’t move on from this screen. Is there a solution or other method to download apps?

Hi all - have an UM7500PTA TV and steaming movies from my Synology NAS's DLNA server. (mkv HDR 2160p movies mostly)
SRT embedded subtitles had not been a problem and could select any of the SRT subtitle tracks, but not since 5.00.15 update.
I found a workaround though: if I add a dummy external srt file with one single subtitle inside, I can select internal subtitles and then the "track" button will be active to select any embedded srt sub.
Was looking into firmware downgrade via LgDTVUpDater, but not sure if a 2019 model TV can be downgraded that way.
      Any ideas - thank you.
