  8. Reset your router from the reset button to be able to log in with the default user/pass (press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds, then release it). BUT Only do this if you know how to reconfigure your router and know the ISP configuration or have a backup of it, or you can call your ISP support and ask them to help you.
  9. In addition to what @WLSI said, you can try to change the WiFi encryption ( WPA/WPA2-Personal with AES encryption or WPA/WPA3-Personal with Auto encryption are recommended). Also make sure you aren't using Mixed Mode.
  10. I think you are mixing up firmware and WebOS 😉 Your TV latest update has Firmware Version 03.25.45 and WebOS version 6. Note: You can find your TV WebOS version at TV information sub menu ( Settings -> All settings -> General -> Devices -> TV Management -> TV information).
  11. You can try to update via USB instead. Here you can find how to update your TV manually using USB drive: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-how-to-update-an-lg-smart-tv-CT10000018-1430510575535
  12. This is what I do to record from the internal dvb I don't know if it can work. - Using the magic remote -> press the red button (from the colored multifunction buttons at the bottom) then follow the instructions on the screen to prepare the USB flash for the first time then press record for instant record. - For scheduled records -> "1 Go to 'TV Guide' and select the show you wish to record. 2 Select the icon with 3 horizontal lines next to the show title using the 'OK' button on the remote control. 3 Simply select the 'Record' button and the program will be recorded to your Hard Disc Drive that you connected."
  13. You can try this Internet connection troubleshooting guide: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/troubleshooting-your-internet-connection-tv-CT10000020-1426626051711
  14. Updated my LG 50UP7750PVB to the latest (Version 03.21.21). But after this update the image quality decreased. There's noise on both HD or SD channels. Moreover, the dynamic contrast is so strong on the default setting (medium) which results strong black and very dark mid tones and that also affects colors makes it darker and not real hiding a lot of details.
