We live in a time when connection is easier than ever – or so it seems. With just a few taps, we can talk to someone across the globe. Social platforms let us share our thoughts, lives and moods in real time. AI serves up content tailored to our every preference. In many ways, it’s remarkable. We’ve never been more “connected.” And yet, something essential still feels missing. Despite constant digital interaction, we often hesitate to have real, heartfelt conversations – especially with those closest to us. We might send a quick message instead of picking up the phone. Or hold back from expressing deep emotions, unsure how they’ll land in a fast-paced, digital world. The irony is hard to ignore: in this hyperconnected world, emotional disconnection has quietly crept in. At LG, we believe technology’s true purpose is to bring people closer – not just in terms of convenience, but emotionally. That belief is at the heart of our brand promise: Life’s Good. More than a slogan, it reflects our view that life is better when it’s filled with connection, warmth and optimism. That’s why we created “Radio Optimism,” our latest global campaign. It began with a simple but important question: What does better connection look like today? The campaign is built around the enduring power of music – one of humanity’s most universal emotional expressions. A single melody can convey what words cannot. A song can spark joy, recall memories or bring comfort – regardless of language or culture. By combining that emotional depth with AI, Radio Optimism makes it possible to turn your heartfelt sentiments into music and send it to someone who matters. LG isn’t delivering the message – we’re simply enabling you to share your own, in a deeply human way. This effort builds on our “Optimism your feed” campaign from last year, where we leveraged social media algorithms to promote positive content based on users’ viewing patterns, spreading optimistic messages in a space often dominated by negativity. This year, we’re taking it a step further by encouraging users to share heartfelt songs that express gratitude, encouragement, and love to their loved ones, aiming to help people experience the essence of Life’s Good even in the digital space. Because at LG, we don’t just make devices – we create experiences that help build a Better Life for All. That means making space for joy, for kindness and for emotional connection. It means reminding people what makes life truly good. Whether it’s a parent sending a song to their child far from home, or friends rekindling their bond through shared music, we hope this campaign sparks meaningful moments – bridging distances with the power of music, heartfelt emotions and genuine intentions. After all, the smallest gestures are often the ones that resonate the most. And if one song, shared from the heart, helps someone feel more seen, more loved, more connected – then that’s the kind of impact we believe in. Since way back in 1996, LG Electronics has been putting serious effort into developing materials that aren’t just good for our products – but good for people and the planet, too. And we’re not stopping at just home appliances. The materials we’ve created are finding exciting new uses beyond the home, bringing more convenience to everyday life while helping to improve the environment. One of the standout results from this journey has been our work with advanced glass-based materials. Thanks to years of R&D, we’ve built up some pretty impressive Optical and Display Glass Technologies. Glass might seem simple, but it’s got some amazing properties: it’s made from natural ingredients, it’s highly resistant to heat and chemicals, and it doesn’t react much with other substances. That means we can combine it in lots of ways to create all kinds of useful materials. LG has been tapping into that potential, building out its capabilities through a dedicated Advanced Materials business focused on functional glass. This new business is growing fast as a key B2B pillar within LG’s Home Appliance Solution Company. We’ve been investing significantly in R&D and production – and the results are speaking for themselves. To date, LG has applied over 420 patents related to glass powder and has even set up a production plant in Changwon, South Korea, capable of producing 4,500 tons annually. One of our standout innovations? Mineral Wash – a water-soluble, alkaline mineral glass powder. When added to water, it releases mineral ions that break down contaminants like oils, fats and proteins in fabrics. It even helps shrink water molecules, making it easier for them to get between the fabric and stains. That means enhanced cleaning power, less need for chemical surfactants and a more eco-conscious laundry experience. LG is also working with external partners to expand the potential of Mineral Wash. On June 26, we signed an MOU with a national Korean institution to launch a pilot project aimed at achieving a “Water Positive” status – basically returning more clean water to nature than we use. With the help of Mineral Wash, we’re exploring how we can reduce water use, recycle wastewater and even restore rivers. If the pilot proves successful, Mineral Wash could open up new opportunities as a raw material for both household and commercial laundry products. And that’s not all. Earlier this year, our Advanced Materials Research Lab team headed to Antarctica – yes, Antarctica – to test the antibacterial power of Purotec and study how Mineral Wash and Marine Glass impact marine microorganisms in extreme environments. The findings? Purotec showed strong antibacterial effects even in the harshest conditions, and Mineral Wash proved to be environmentally safe, showing almost no harm to delicate marine ecosystems. As our Advanced Materials business grows, so does our global presence. In early 2025, we showcased our tech at ChinaPlas – Asia’s largest industrial materials exhibition – and we’re gearing up for the K-SHOW in Germany this October to connect with even more B2B customers across Europe and North America. At LG, we’re not just thinking about the appliances in your home – we’re rethinking the materials that power them, with a vision that’s global, sustainable and built for the future. * Some images have been edited to aid understanding and may differ from actual appearance. # # # View the full article

LG’s New Campaign Leverages Music – the Universal Language – to Foster Deeper Connections and Expand the Life’s Good Promise in Digital Spaces SEOUL, June 24, 2025 — LG Electronics (LG) today launched a new brand campaign, “Radio Optimism,” designed to help strengthen meaningful human connections and spread optimism through shared musical experiences. This initiative aligns with LG’s brand promise, “Life’s Good,” and addresses the growing challenge of forming genuine relationships in a technology-driven world. The Radio Optimism campaign seeks to counteract the disconnection often felt in an era dominated by superficial interactions, such as likes and comments on social media. By harnessing the power of music, LG aims to foster deeper bonds among individuals, promoting a more fulfilling life. “As technology advances, meaningful human connections become increasingly vital to enrich our lives. LG continues its commitment to bringing optimism into customers’ daily lives, staying true to our enduring brand promise of ‘Life’s Good,’” said Kim Hyo-eun, head of LG’s Brand Management Division. This campaign reinforces LG’s commitment to creating enriching experiences in digital spaces where today’s consumers spend significant time. Building on this mission, LG has continuously engaged with younger audiences through participatory campaigns that bring the Life’s Good philosophy to life. Last year’s “Optimism your feed” campaign leveraged social algorithms to foster positivity on social media. This new initiative specifically seeks to address the paradoxical disconnection in an era of hyper-connectivity. “One of the most reliable predictors of happiness is having deep and meaningful relationships,” said Jean M. Twenge, Professor of Psychology at San Diego State University. “Yet today, many people are spending more time online and less time connecting in person. Social media in particular tends to create shallow relationships rather than the deep connections people need. It’s common for people to have hundreds of followers but no one to talk to in real life if they need support. We need to build more meaningful connections with those around us. That might turn around the pronounced decline in happiness that’s occurred over the last decade.” A new global study* from LG on social connection reveals that 68 percent of people find it harder to make real friends, and a third reported having one or fewer meaningful connections in the past month, with 8 percent experiencing none at all. Inspired by traditional radio’s unique way of connecting people through music and storytelling, the Radio Optimism campaign transforms this concept into an interactive platform where participants can create and send personalized songs to their loved ones. Users can easily create new songs using AI-powered tools, which are thoroughly trained on a curated music dataset. These tools interpret user prompts to produce unique musical pieces and generate matching album art, providing an engaging and personalized experience. Once generated, these songs can be sent to recipients to deepen their connection and made available for others to discover worldwide. According to the survey, nearly 9 in 10 respondents believe that meaningful connections lead to a more optimistic outlook on life. By providing a platform for individuals to express their feelings, this campaign aims to foster deeper connections and help individuals enrich their lives while spreading optimism in their own ways. The campaign website is available in English and Spanish, with plans to support additional languages in the coming months to enable broader participation. The official website can be found at RadioOptimism.lg.com. More details can be found on www.lg.com/lifesgood/. # # # * Survey Methodology Timings: Fieldwork conducted from April 29 – May 1, 2025, via Focaldata Countries: 5 – US, UK, Australia, India and Canada Age: 18-45 Sample Size: 5,000 participants across US, UK, Australia, India and Canada, with 1,000 participants in each market, and nationally representative splits by age, gender and region. Manufacturing has been a cornerstone of global economic growth since the Industrial Revolution. Today, however, the landscape is undergoing a fundamental transformation. Societal and structural shifts – including aging populations, shrinking labor forces, evolving trade policies and overhauled supply chains – are pushing the industry to rethink how products are made. This isn’t merely a phase of incremental improvement. It’s a turning point, one where the traditional manufacturing model is being reimagined. Forward-thinking companies are embracing next-generation production systems such as gigafactories – vast, automated operations – and dark factories, which can function with minimal or no human intervention. The momentum is already visible in the numbers. According to Precedence Research, the global smart factory market, valued at USD 155.6 billion in 2024, is expected to more than double to USD 386.4 billion by 2034. With a projected CAGR of 9.5 percent, the smart factory is fast becoming the new foundation of industrial competitiveness. LG’s Vision for Smart Factories With over 60 manufacturing sites across more than 40 countries, LG has a long and storied history in global production. Building on nearly 70 years of expertise, we launched our smart factory solution business in 2024 to lead this new industrial revolution. Our approach is rooted in intelligent manufacturing optimization. We go beyond delivering machinery – we form strategic partnerships. Our solutions are built around the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring a tailored, customer-first approach. A Strategic Partner in Manufacturing Transformation In today’s dynamic manufacturing environment, smart factory solutions are no longer optional – they’re essential. LG offers end-to-end support, from factory design and process audits to ROI analysis and phased implementation roadmaps. We serve a diverse range of customers, from small manufacturers starting their digital journey to large enterprises modernizing complex operations. Every engagement begins with a deep analysis of industry requirements, production volumes and existing infrastructure – enabling us to craft highly customized solutions. AI-Powered, Data-Driven Manufacturing At the core of LG’s smart factory capabilities is a robust platform powered by approximately 770 terabytes of production data. Leveraging AI and big data analytics, our systems transform conventional operations into intelligent, adaptive ecosystems. Through digital twin technology, we simulate factory layouts and processes before physical implementation, reducing risk and eliminating guesswork. Generative AI monitors equipment in real time, identifying issues like unusual vibrations and recommending corrective actions. Vision AI further enhances operational safety and product quality by detecting defects and safety hazards instantly. Consider this scenario: a simple voice command – “7 AM: vibration detected on equipment A” – triggers an immediate system diagnosis, referencing historical data and suggesting next steps. Vision AI can then assist the operator in resolving the issue on-site. This real-time, data-driven decision-making is the hallmark of a true smart factory. Proven Results, Real-World Impact The results speak for themselves. At LG Smart Park in Changwon, South Korea, automation has reached 65 percent, resulting in a 22 percent increase in productivity and a 30 percent reduction in defects. In the United States, our Tennessee facility achieved a 17 percent boost in productivity and a 30 percent gain in energy efficiency. Both sites have been recognized as “Lighthouse Factories” by the World Economic Forum, – a prestigious acknowledgment of excellence in advanced manufacturing. Scaling Success Across Industries Building on these successes, we’re expanding our smart factory solutions into new sectors – from batteries and automotive components to semiconductors and heavy machinery. We’re also entering high-potential industries like pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Across the U.S. and Southeast Asia, LG is managing full-scale, turnkey projects designed to enhance efficiency, improve quality and increase competitiveness. We expect orders for our smart factory solutions to reach KRW 400 billion this year, with projections exceeding KRW 1 trillion by 2030. Co-Creating the Future of Manufacturing At LG, a smart factory isn’t just about high-tech tools – it’s about smart strategies built around our customers. We believe success isn’t defined by how automated a factory is, but by how agile, resilient and future-ready it becomes. We’re proud to collaborate with our partners to build operations that are not only more efficient, but also more competitive and sustainable. As the manufacturing sector continues to evolve, LG is committed to leading the way – co-creating the future of intelligent production. As the Ramadan crescent lit up the sky, so did a spirit of generosity, togetherness and reflection. For LG Middle East and Africa (MEA), this sacred season wasn’t seen as a marketing opportunity – it was embraced as a deeply human one. That’s why this year’s Ramadan campaign wasn’t driven by product briefs or sales targets. It came from a simple belief: Life’s Good When Shared – especially when shared with family. Ramadan is as much about family as it is about fasting. From preparing iftar with love to gathering around the table at sunset, every moment is an act of care. This deep emotional connection inspired a campaign that celebrates life’s simple joys at home, supported quietly and seamlessly by LG innovations working behind the scenes. With Life’s Good When Shared, LG set out to remind us all of what truly matters. “We wanted to honor the warmth and togetherness Ramadan evokes in the home,” said Phil Jung, Middle East & Africa Region representative of LG Electronics. “For us, ‘Life’s Good’ means making life easier, more comfortable and connected for everyone. Ramadan beautifully reflects this spirit.” To bring this message to life, LG MEA invited hundreds of creators across the region not to promote products – but to open their homes and share their stories. They welcomed viewers into their homes, showed off their family recipes and introduced the people closest to them. The response was truly heartwarming, with over 61 million total views from Iraq to Saudi Arabia and Algeria – and total engagements reaching more than 2 million – filling social feeds with authentic, unscripted Ramadan moments. What stood out wasn’t just the reach – it was the way these stories resonated across cultures and communities. This wasn’t a polished, top-down campaign – it was a bottom-up celebration. From every story posted came thousands of shares, heartfelt comments and emotional responses. Instead of glowing product reviews, what surfaced were deeply personal connections. Comments like “This reminds me of my mother,” “This made me smile” and “This is what Ramadan feels like” flooded in, showing how authentic storytelling can touch hearts far beyond a typical campaign. This Ramadan, LG didn’t try to sell a story – it created space for families to tell their own. And with every dish served, hug given and smile captured, one thing became clear: Life’s truly good when it’s shared. Contributed by LG Middle East and Africa # # # View the full article

Bringing together art and technology, LG is curating a series of creative events across New York in May, engaging with the city’s vibrant art community through exciting collaborations. To demonstrate the company’s commitment to supporting artists, LG OLED is expanding possibilities and inspiring artistic expression as the ultimate digital canvas. At Frieze New York 2025, LG partnered with Steven Harrington, an iconic psychedelic pop artist and the logo designer for the LA 2028 Summer Olympics. His vibrant universe comes alive on LG OLED screens, inviting visitors into a world filled with bold colors, playful characters, surreal landscapes and whimsical details. Harrington is one of the first artists to work with the LG SIGNATURE OLED T. He chose LG OLED as his digital canvas for its ability to fully realize his artistic vision, highlighting how LG OLED opened his mind to new creative possibilities with its exceptional color reproduction and design innovation. “This collaboration has completely expanded the way I think about making art,” said Harrington. “Being the first artist in the U.S. to work with LG’s transparent OLED TV gave me a chance to experiment in a whole new medium – where light, motion and color bring my characters to life in ways I’ve never seen before. It opened up a new dimension of vibrancy and storytelling that I’m excited to keep exploring.” Mello, one of his signature characters who embodies the joy of everyday moments, welcomed visitors and waved from the screen of the OLED T, set against an opaque floral backdrop. The transparent screen allowed the audience to step behind and take photos with Mello, creating an interactive digital art experience. With LG OLED’s vivid colors and precise detail, viewers were treated to the charm of Mello and other characters as they came to life on the screen in fluid motion. A playful wall illustration spotlighted the Zero Connect Box, which enables a clutter-free setup for the wireless OLED evo M5 model. Meanwhile, the LG OLED evo G5 model’s massive 97-inch screen accentuated the bright yellow flowers and lush greens in Harrington’s Stop to Smell the Flowers No. 4, showcasing the brilliant color and impressive contrast of self-lit OLED technology. These vibrant blooms stood out against the countless white flowers scattered across the black wall, drawing attention to the central image of Mello in a purple bowtie. At the exhibition, the StanbyME 2, LG’s latest lifestyle screen, served as both a digital canvas and a lifestyle object, showcasing Harrington’s vibrant artwork in a variety of settings. Placed on a shelf and hung like a picture frame in both portrait and landscape mode, the lifestyle screen demonstrated its potential for flexible placement and artistic appeal. Extending the artistic experience, LG and Kartell renewed their collaboration following CES 2025 to showcase the LG SIGNATURE OLED T and StanbyME 2 at Kartell’s New York flagship store, located in the vibrant NoMad district. During Frieze New York 2025 and throughout May, visitors to the Kartell store can experience Harrington’s artwork displayed on LG’s cutting-edge screens, adding a touch of color and creativity to the store’s modern design. To demonstrate how its screens can be effortlessly integrated into home décor, the transparent OLED T model was placed in the center of Kartell’s modern furniture, designed for various living solutions, enhancing the openness of the showroom. Its see-through screen can also be placed in front of a window, allowing natural light to flow into the space without obstructing the view. LG and Kartell share a passion for innovation and aesthetics, having introduced respectively the world’s first transparent OLED TV and the first fully transparent chair, the iconic Louis Ghost designed by Philippe Starck in 2002. LG continues to explore opportunities for meaningful collaborations that push the boundaries of creativity, design and technology. Throughout the Kartell store, StanbyME 2 lifestyle screens are featured in multiple arrangements, mounted on stands or placed on sleek, modern tables. LG’s lifestyle screen Posé also added a sophisticated touch to the space, blending effortlessly with the cutting-edge furniture and enhancing the overall atmosphere with its stylish look. As part of LG’s ongoing commitment to art and technology, the LG Guggenheim Award was presented during the 2025 Young Collectors Council (YCC) Party at the Guggenheim New York. This year’s recipient, Ayoung Kim, captivated the international jury with her creation of virtual environments, where she explored contemporary themes using VR, AI and live simulation. What’s more, LG OLED supported the YCC 2025 Artist Collaboration with LaJuné McMillian, a new media artist and creative technologist. Known for pushing boundaries with motion capture and gaming engines, McMillian curated a multisensory experience inspired by the idea of a “lavender dream,” brought to life on LG OLED’s cutting-edge screens with added depth, vivid detail and heightened immersion. LG OLED’s bold artistic presence in New York continues the LG OLED ART journey, reaffirming its vision for the fusion of art and technology. Company Demonstrates Satellite-Based Voice Communication from a Moving Vehicle, Pioneering the Future of Safe and Connected Mobility SEOUL, May 16, 2025 — LG Electronics (LG), a mobility sector technology leader, showcased its cutting-edge Internet of Things – Non-Terrestrial Networks (IoT-NTN) technology at the 5G Automotive Association (5GAA) conference in Paris, France, from May 12 to 15. The highlight of the event was a live demonstration conducted throughout Paris, featuring a vehicle equipped with next-generation IoT-NTN-based Telematics Control Units (TCUs). This demonstration marked the first instance of uninterrupted, conversation-level voice communication while seamlessly switching between terrestrial and non-terrestrial network environments. IoT-NTN is an advanced communication network system that integrates satellite communication and high-altitude platform stations. This system ensures connectivity via satellite in areas unreachable by terrestrial networks (TN) such as 3G, 4G and 5G. It supports crucial applications like autonomous driving, vehicle tracking, remote control and emergency communication. The technology is particularly valuable in remote environments such as deserts, oceans and mountainous regions, or in disaster-stricken areas where terrestrial infrastructure is compromised, making it a vital component of future mobility aimed at enhancing driver safety. To further advance this capability, LG has developed a next-generation solution that incorporates AI-powered voice compression technology into its IoT-NTN system. This innovation significantly reduces the size of voice messages, overcoming the data limitations that previously confined satellite communication to short emergency text messages, and expanding its capabilities to include voice transmission. As a result, voice message transmission speeds are more than ten times faster. The technology goes beyond simple voice message exchange, enabling actual two-way conversations. In emergency situations, vehicle occupants can press a single emergency call button to send a voice-based distress signal and describe the situation without needing to type a text message or perform additional actions. During the conference, LG set up both NTN and TN zones and conducted a live demonstration by driving a vehicle equipped with demo equipment on actual roads. Visitors experienced the system firsthand by sending voice messages from a TN area and receiving them in an NTN area, and vice versa, highlighting seamless network switching. To support this capability, LG developed a cloud-based service platform that extends vehicle satellite communication capabilities and connects them to TN, elevating the user experience enabled by IoT-NTN technology. LG is leading the field of connected technologies that are critical to the transition toward software-defined vehicles, including telematics, Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communication and in-vehicle infotainment system connectivity. According to LG’s internal estimates based on data from market research firm Strategy Analytics, the company ranked No.1 in the global telematics market last year with a 24.4 percent share. LG has been an active member of the 5GAA since its inception in 2016. The global cross-industry consortium was established to research and commercialize future mobility solutions such as autonomous and connected vehicles based on 5G technology. The association brings together more than 110 companies, including major automakers, automotive parts suppliers, telecom operators, and manufacturers of chipsets and network equipment. “Our IoT-NTN technology represents a leap forward for seamless, reliable connectivity for vehicles in the most remote or challenging environments,” said Lee Sang-yong, head of VS R&D laboratory at the LG Vehicle Solution Company. “By enabling real-time voice communication via satellite, we’re not only enhancing driver safety but also laying the groundwork for the next generation of connected mobility solutions.” # # # View the full article

Back in 1965, LG made history by introducing its very first refrigerator. Since then, the company has built a legacy of home appliance innovation and become a trusted global brand that has continuously redefined what a refrigerator can be and do. One standout example of this evolution? LG’s ongoing advancements in home ice solutions. Early Innovations in Ice & Water: Breaking New Ground In 2006, LG took refrigerator convenience to a whole new level with the launch of the world’s first French Door refrigerator featuring an in-door ice maker. By moving the ice maker to the door, LG entirely eliminated the need to open the freezer compartment, minimizing cold air loss and making it easier than ever to access freshly made ice. With this groundbreaking solution, LG established itself as a powerhouse in the home appliance market, and as an innovator determined to make everyday life better. Then in 2010 came the Slim SpacePlus Ice System. Offering excellent ice-making capabilities and freeing up additional food storage space, it became one of LG’s signature technologies – one that elevated customer convenience while simultaneously raising the industry bar for refrigerator design. Taking Ice Quality to the Next Level Next up, LG started reimagining what ice could be. In 2019, the company unveiled Craft Ice, an innovative built-in ice maker capable of producing large, slow-melting1 spheres of ice. Ideal for cocktails, iced coffee or any drink that deserves a stylish finish, Craft Ice brought a new level of sophistication and sensory appeal to the home beverage experience. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck in 2020 and hygiene became a top priority for consumers worldwide, LG responded by releasing refrigerators equipped with UVnano technology. Leveraging the power of ultraviolet light, and operating automatically at regular intervals, UVnano reduces 99.99 percent of bacteria on the refrigerator’s water dispenser nozzle, helping ensure a clean and safe drinking experience.2 At the same time, LG’s use of NSF-certified water filters provided added assurance that the water used for both drinking and ice-making met the high standards for cleanliness. By addressing the importance of hygiene, LG helped further strengthen consumer trust in its market-leading refrigerators. Smaller, Smarter and Even More Thoughtful In 2023, LG introduced Mini Cubed Ice in the U.S. market – a new feature that produces tiny ice cubes ideal for quickly chilling drinks like sodas or cocktails. As well as demonstrating LG’s technology and design prowess, Mini Cubed Ice illustrates the human-centeredness and attention to detail that the company brings to all of its lifestyle solutions. For a smarter, more convenient ice-management experience, LG refrigerators equipped with the ThinQ platform allow users to monitor their ice inventory and activate the Ice Plus feature to speed up ice production whenever needed.3 It’s a seamless blend of smart tech and everyday utility. Looking ahead, LG plans to unveil new concepts in ice solutions by the end of this year. These upcoming technologies promise to push existing boundaries and provide even greater precision, efficiency and ease; enriching customers’ daily lives as only LG innovations can. The Innovation Journey Continues From the world’s first in-door ice maker to the upcoming new ice solution, LG has continually evolved its home ice solutions to reflect changing lifestyles and rising expectations. What began as a simple way to make ice more accessible has grown into a portfolio of features that prioritize convenience, style, hygiene and customization. Thanks to LG, ice isn’t just ice anymore – it’s personal, purposeful and refreshingly innovative. And this journey is far from over. Stay tuned to LG Newsroom as LG continues to reshape what’s possible in the kitchen – and beyond. # # # 1 According to LG’s internal testing, Craft Ice melts more slowly than ice cubes of the same weight (approximately 69 grams), based on a comparison conducted at a room temperature of 25 degrees Celsius using 121 milliliters of cold water at approximately 9.5 degrees Celsius. The actual results may vary depending on environmental conditions. 2 According to tests conducted by TÜV Rheinland using internal testing methods, the UVnano (function name: Self Care) feature reduced the presence of E. coli, S. aureus, and P. aeruginosa in distilled water samples after 10-minute exposure to the product’s UV LED each hour for 24 hours under UV LED assembly conditions. UVnano, a compound word combining UV (ultraviolet) and nanometer (a unit of length), refers to the technology used in this process. Actual results may vary depending on environmental conditions. The product does not treat or cure health-related conditions, nor does it guarantee that the filtered water is free from contaminants such as microbiological particles. 3 To use ThinQ features, users need to install the LG ThinQ app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on smartphone and connect to Wi-Fi. LG ThinQ® app available on compatible Android 9.0 or higher, iOS 16.0 or higher smartphones. Phone and Home Wi-Fi Data connection and product registration with LG ThinQ® required. LG ThinQ functions may vary depending on the product and country. View the full article
