Hi Darin,

If you are opening a web page and you get a message "We have detected you are running an older version of Chrome" this is because the website is not detecting the browser correctly, but it is identifying that it is based on

, which is is as is Chrome, Safari the upcoming Internet Explorer et al.  There is nothing you can do about this apart from contacting the website in question and asking them to update the site to recognise and render the webOS browser correctly.

      My Smart TV LGwebOS TV OLED55 B8PLA with software version 05.50.15
      It is impossible to install some apps for regional TV channels because the browser is incompatible. How do I update the browser or how do I install a different browser on my TV ? Downloading a file is not supported.  Automatic update is active. Thanks in advance.

      I have an LG 55NANO86VNA TV. It has always displayed Netflix and other content in DV with no issues.
      Since the recent TV firmware update to 4.50.51, although Netflix shows DV content available, the TV no longer displays the DV logo top-right when any DV content is started.
      Nano TV also does not play test DV content on a USB memory stick in DV. This used to play as DV, and still plays fine with DV logo top-right on my older LG TV.
      Dolby Vision is 22.11.
      Anyone else seen this issue. Any suggestions please.

      HDMI ARC to Denon AVR stopped working after latest update

      I have an LG C1 55 connected to a Denon x2100w AVR on HDMI 2 (arc)... It always worked perfectly... After the latest TV upgrade I can't get anymore TV audio on the AVR.
      I tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything, unplugging stuff for minutes, switching multiple hdmi sources... The AVR can send data to the TV, but it doesn't see TV audio signal.
      All the HDMI audio settings on the TV are greyed out and disabled.
      Next thing I'll try to reset to factory defaults, but I suspect it won't fix anything...
      Note this worked flawlessly for 2 years.
      Ideas are welcome.

      When will the 4.0 update be available for my 2016-17 LG Smart TV?  I just got Alexa and can't use it for the TV unless it has the 4.0 version.  Model #70UH6350-UB.
