Without knowing what country your TV is assigned to, all webOS apps are found in the LG Content store on your TV and availability is based  on what country you have assigned your TV to.

Some if not most media streaming apps are not universally available.  You can do a web search to determine if the LG  webOS Amazon app is available in your country

On a related note the Magic Remote for select 2018 LG AI ThinQ Smart TV's  has an Amazon button right on it  ( LG AN-MR18BA MR18BA Magic Remote Control )

Can't not running Webos, running netcast

Sadly NetCast is not generally support any more and if I recall correctly there was an app but it had some stability issues as it was not regularly updated, if your TV still works well as just that I would suggest a ROKU as being your best avenue to getting Prime Video.

Tried to launch the Amazon Music app on my TV this morning and got this error. This just looks like an expired certificate error, but the app is 1.0.0 and hasn't been updated since release in 2020, so I suspect it's not supported anymore anyway. Anyone have it working on perhaps a newer TV? This one's two or three years old.

Just switched from Spectrum to AT&T. All apps are working on my LG TV except Amazon prime. Is there something I’m missing?

We have a SONY 55" Brava smart tv about 4 years old. When we watch BritBox via our Amazon Prime subscription, we get deep pauses in the video feed, as if there were a buffering problem or a source feed problem. Our usual fix is to wait for a minute or two--it may continue. Or we back our of BritBox and sometimes also Amazon and restart them. Or occasionally we have to turn the power to the set of and restart the tv. I have deleted unused premium apps from Amazon. I have purged the cache. After seeing suggestions about deleting and reloading the app, I searched for an actual BritBox app, but there isn't one. We still have the problem. This could be caused by a tv hardware or operating system issue; it could be caused by an Amazon Prime app issue, or an Amazon internal network issue, or an Amazon or BritBox supplier side hardware/software/bandwidth issue. It could be caused by a problem with our wifi or our modem connected to our fiber net company, or something else entirely, or all of the above! I plan to contact Amazon support first. Any other ideas? Anyone else had this problem? Thanks!

      Hi,
Is there a way to track/detect app installs and uninstalls on a LG web app? I can't seem to find anything in the docs, so leaning towards no.
      Thanks
