Hi, I’ll cut to the chase to save your time

when simplink feature is on, and my extrrnal device is connected (PS5 in my case) to HDMI 1 for example, when I turn on my tv and PS5 (btw I have to do it with seperate controlers which is less convenient than using the PS5 controller alone) anyway so turn them both on but my tv input is still not automatically connected to the only device that is turned on so I have to change the input, as soon as I change the input to my PS5, it turns off my PS5 automatically, and then I have to turn on my PS5 for the second time, it’s driving me crazy, please help me this issue because turning off simplink is no a real sulotion. And one more thing, simplink should be simpler than this am I right?! For example, the TV should turn on by itself as soon as I turn on any other external device “like PS5 or Nintendo switch because these devices I will always need their original controllers so why do I have to use the magic remote to turn them on? That’s not convenient” samsung TVs are doing that and I don’t think that LG is less capable of doing that by any means.

I have a LG 65QNED92AUA tv that has issues with the Bluetooth connection dropping off when connected to my earbuds. I believe the issue to be software related. LG has sent 2 technicians out to repair and the first technician changed the main board and Bluetooth transmitter which did not resolve the issue.
There are similar issues with Bluetooth Connection from others.
Since hardware replacement didn’t help and this is a known software-pattern issue, I would like push LG to specifically address it at the firmware/webOS level. I am unable to escalate to their software team and check if there’s a known patch or beta firmware for the QNED92 line.
For some reason this line of questioning is not available with in LG customer service.
       Please help!

I have a Denon AVR hooked up to the HDMI 2 input on my LG tv. When I initially set it up, I was able to control the volume of the Denon receiver by using the LG remote. I enabled CEC Simplink and eARC on the TV and this allowed me to not only use the volume but also turn the receiver on and off automatically with the TV. Recently, my LG tv installed a software update and ever since that point, the TV reverts to TV Audio instead of HDMI 2 every time I turn the TV off and back on again. I then have to change the sound setting to HDMI and the volume control works perfectly.

Any tips? I already tried unplugging everything including the HDMI cables, turning CEC and eARK off and back on again, and reverting to all original settings but nothing seems to work.
My Denon receiver does not have eARC support, not sure if that matters but I'd love to know the best way to set it up to control volume through one remote.

      Hi,
Since updating our OLED65G2PSA to 23.20.56, we experience sprodadic issues with the network where any app requiring network access shows the generic 'no network access' message.
I have found that when this does happen, I can still PING the TV and connect to IP based web pages.  To fix I can either power cycle the TV or I can go into network settings and toggle off/on 'Set automatically' which must just be triggering something in the underlying OS to reload its DNS service.
Setting a static IP makes no difference, setting a static DNS server makes no difference - it is clearly a software issue.  We have had a TV repair company come and replace the boards, which worked right up untill updating to 23.20.56 and beyond.

Has anyone else experienced this, does anyone have a solution ?

      TV: LG 55UJ630V
      OS Version: 5.80.50
Problem: Spotify is laggy, stops occassionally and is basically a sub-prime experience.
I can play 4K TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc absolutely fine, so why should an audio app have problems?

Company Supplies State-of-the-art Multi VTM i System to Landmark Commercial
Project, Strengthening HVAC Leadership in Southeast Asia

SEOUL, Apr. 3, 2025 — LG Electronics (LG) has supplied its state-of-the-art Multi VTM i, a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) solution featuring an advanced AI engine, to a newly constructed 59,800-square-meters logistics center in the Singapore’s Tuas area. This milestone project underscores LG’s commitment to expanding its heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) business in Southeast Asia.
To achieve the highest level of the Building and Construction Authority’s Green Mark certification program – specifically the Green Mark Platinum (Super Low Energy) rating – the logistic center required an exceptionally efficient and comprehensive HVAC solution. LG distinguished itself by presenting a tailored package that optimally meets the client’s specific needs. To further enhance the already outstanding performance and energy efficiency of the Multi V i, LG integrated its proprietary inverter compressor and a larger heat exchanger.
LG Multi V i intelligently adapts to environmental conditions, optimizing operation while minimizing unnecessary energy consumption. It incorporates LG’s industry-leading HVAC innovations, including HiPOR (High Pressure Oil Return) technology, which ensures peak efficiency during part-load operation by improving operational stability, even in challenging conditions. The heat exchanger, enlarged by over 10 percent, accelerates cooling and heating response times, while dual inverter compressors promote increased durability, energy savings and overall efficiency. Moreover, LG’s proprietary energy management tools, including real-time Coefficient of Performance monitoring, provide actionable insights to help building operators reduce HVAC energy consumption without sacrificing performance.
As Singapore strengthens its position as a key regional and global logistics hub – with transportation and storage accounting for over 10 percent of its GDP as of 2022 – the demand for energy-efficient solutions in large-scale logistics operations is steadily increasing. LG estimates that the HVAC market for logistics centers in Singapore is valued at approximately USD 25 million annually, with further growth expected in the coming years. By supplying its advanced Multi V i system, LG is well positioned to accelerate its HVAC expansion across Southeast Asia, where sustainability-focused building initiatives are gaining traction in countries such as Indonesia and Malaysia.
“Precise Development Pte Ltd is thrilled to collaborate with LG to deliver this best-in-class facility,” said Mr. Peh Chong Eng, Group CEO of Precise Development Pte Ltd. “LG’s cutting-edge technology, combined with their attention to detail and responsiveness to our needs, sets them apart from other equipment suppliers. We highly recommend LG air solutions for any project.”
“Fidecs is proud to achieve the BCA Green Mark 2021 Platinum Super Low Energy certification by integrating LG’s high-efficiency VRF system,” said Ervin Chng, Director of Business Development at Fidecs Engineering Pte Ltd. “This milestone demonstrates our commitment to sustainable building solutions and sets a new benchmark for energy efficiency in Singapore.”
“LG Multi V i exemplifies our dedication to creating innovative, energy-efficient solutions that address the changing needs of our clients,” said Jaeseung Kim, Regional CEO of LG Electronics Asia Pacific. “Aligned with Singapore’s Green Mark certification and the growing sustainability initiatives in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia and Malaysia, we are committed to pursuing HVAC opportunities tailored to the specific needs of the region.”
