Hi, just bought a new LG OLED and pretty fast noticed that I`ve now chance to change the wallpapers ?!?
Really pretty strange - even the smallest smartphone offers such a feature. The TV has enough USB interfaces - why is it not able to customize this by an own set of pictures ?
Can`t be that big rocket science to implement this , especially for such an expensive device this should be a standard feature !!!
Or did I miss something in the settings of the TV ?

Hi !
I am going to buy a new LG TV, probably - which comes with WebOS (not android TV). Now, one of the features I really liked with Android TV is the ability to set ambient mode with chosen google photos albums. Is it possible also with WebOS? (without connecting any external streamer, I prefer to use the TV operating system).
Thanks!

I'm developing a hosted app which is can be controlled from the phone. However after some time the TV's screen saved turnes on because there was no interaction from the remote control. Is there a way that my HTML/JS app can signal activity to prevent this?

Question

Can an app be coded/programmed to prevent the LG screensaver from turning on? There are multiple apps that have built in screensavers but while viewing those screensavers the LG screensaver will activate and override the apps screensaver. I’m not sure if this forum will allow me to upload a video example but I will attempt to do so.
