Synchronising sound and picture

I have paired my two Google Nest Audio speakers with my LG  webOS TV UM7100PLB    via bluetooth  but sound and picture are far from synchronised. ( more than a second lag )

In settings> sound you are supposed to fix that problem by activating ' AV Sync- adjusment'  , but this option is a  off, darkgrey and cannot be activated.

Does anyone know how to fix this ?

On my OLED65C1PUB TV, the Sound Mode functions, including “Match Screen and Sound” are only available when Sound Out is TV Speaker. When Sound  Out is Bluetooth Device, Sound Mode shows “Not Supported.”

Hello Helene

I have managed to find a way to activate this function ( much of this is try and error usually and to keep trying unlikely approaches  ) but  picture and sound are still out of sync. 

Strange is that on two occasions they were in sync.

I don't think I'll bother anymore.
