Hello Every week ( or so ) I get this ( see photo ) on my TV. I can click it away, but, as I said, it keeps coming back. This doesn't seem to affect my TV, but it is annoying. I don't know if any action on my part is required but if not how do I stop it from reappearing ? thanks Peter ( [LG} webOS TV UM7100PLB )

Hello I keep getting this bar ( see below ) about twice a week. It doesn't require me to do something as far as I can tell. When I close it it disappears only to pop-up again two days later. Am I supposed to do something ? If not how do I get rid of it ? It is very annoying. My tv isn't the latest model. LG webOS TV UM 7100PLB

Hello Helene I have managed to find a way to activate this function ( much of this is try and error usually and to keep trying unlikely approaches ) but picture and sound are still out of sync. Strange is that on two occasions they were in sync. I don't think I'll bother anymore. Thanks Peter.

Hello I have paired my two Google Nest Audio speakers with my LG webOS TV UM7100PLB via bluetooth but sound and picture are far from synchronised. ( more than a second lag ) In settings> sound you are supposed to fix that problem by activating ' AV Sync- adjusment' , but this option is a off, darkgrey and cannot be activated. Does anyone know how to fix this ?
