Total Power On Time missing on LG C1

Hi all,

I've recently bought a LG OLED55C11LB.

It updated to 03.21.05.

My concern is that I cannot find an option of Total Power On Time. As documented, it should be in Settings->General->Devices->Tv Management-> TV Information but is missing from that menu.

Is there another way to find out total power on time? Namely, the when I bought the TV, it looks brand new with all the stickers and packaging, but the box has been opened before so I want to check if it has been used.

      I have an OLED C3 evo
      A Pioneer amplifier is connected to the optical output.

      I want to connect Bluetooth headphones and use them at the same time as the amplifier.
      The thing is, I haven't seen such an option on TV. It is possible to play simultaneously with the Bluetooth headphones and the internal speakers on the TV.
      There is no option for Bluetooth and the optical port at the same time.

      Am I missing something here?

      Move/swap button missing from edit all programmes

      Hi can someone help please. 
      I purchased this TV as I was assured that I could move TV stations in whichever order I wished. For example, channel 23 can be moved to channel 1. 
      Under edit all programmes, it only gives me 2 options. Lock/unlock and skip/restore. 
      Software has the latest updates. It's under Antenna DTV. 
      Not sure what else to try.

      Tv in standby mode, then off and do not power on

      I'm having this problem with LG Oled 65c16LA with WebOs Version 03.40.85
      When I turn off the TV, it goes into standby mode.
      After 2 minutes the red standby LED turns off and it is no longer possible to turn the TV back on with the remote or with the power on button.
      It is then necessary to unplug the power supply, wait a few minutes and reconnect it.
      So the TV goes back to standby and you can turn it on again. In use everything works.
      Is it a software problem? How can I solve it?

      I recently bought a LG TV with WebOS version 8.1 and have a frustrating issue.
      I have a usb disk with all my family photos & videos archive in it. 
      We love to browse through the pictures and videos on big screen.
      But current LG TV media player displays either pictures or videos. I want to see them in the order they were captured.
      It would be great to enable this feature when "Photos & Videos" filter is selected.
