At LG, the philosophy of Life’s Good revolves around promoting positivity and encouraging individuals to adopt an optimistic outlook on life. In alignment with this mission, the company launched the “Optimism your feed” campaign earlier this year. This initiative aims to break the cycle of negativity often perpetuated by social media algorithms, infusing online spaces with a refreshing wave of lighthearted cheer.
The “Optimism your feed” playlist features a wide collection of original content aimed at uplifting spirits and spreading hope. By engaging with this playlist, users can teach the algorithm to curate their feeds with similar positive material. Within just three weeks of its launch, the playlist amassed over 1.2 billion views across various social media platforms, demonstrating its widespread appeal and resonance with audiences around the globe.
While this campaign seeks to inject positivity into social media, traditional broadcast news often focuses on more serious narratives. In Mexico, for instance, news outlets frequently spotlight stories of violence and organized crime, fostering an atmosphere of sadness and anger that can overshadow positive messages. To counter this trend and promote the brand promise of Life’s Good through traditional media, LG Mexico partnered with Milenio Television, the country’s largest TV news network, to launch a local campaign series titled “Good News Is Also News.”
To date, the series has showcased eight true stories of resilience and hope, reminding viewers that there is more to life than negative headlines. Good news exists – and it deserves to be shared. Filled with optimism and love, this initiative has resonated with the public, garnering views and positive feedback across social media and the network’s streaming platforms.
The premiere episode features the inspiring journey of two members of the “Pinche Gringo BBQ” team, illustrating how passion and determination can turn dreams into reality. The second installment highlights a street juggler from Mexico City, known as “Corbatín,” who shares his own uplifting story.
The third episode introduces Violeta, a teacher at the LG-supported NGO “Villa de las Niñas,” who, despite facing personal loss and hardship, bravely confronts challenges and embraces the future. Following this, the fourth story, “Just Good News,” emphasizes the power individuals have to fill their social media feeds with positivity and joy. This episode aligns with the global “Optimism your feed” campaign, focusing on how algorithms can be trained to deliver uplifting stories when viewers choose to engage with positive content.
The fifth episode, titled “Seres Libres,” spotlights an animal sanctuary in Mexico City dedicated to rescuing and caring for abandoned and mistreated animals. This story illustrates how the Life’s Good message extends to all living beings, underscoring the importance of compassion and care for the natural world.
The sixth and latest installment tells the story of Litine, a Haitian migrant who arrives in Mexico in search of a better life. His journey exemplifies how brave optimism can help overcome obstacles, as he continues to pursue his dreams with a positive mindset while working at a convenience store.
Through nationwide broadcasts, Milenio Television has shared the optimistic message of Life’s Good with over 350 million people. This partnership encourages locals to embrace a positive outlook and apply the “Optimism your feed” initiative to all aspects of life – because, indeed, Life’s Good.

I'm having this problem with LG Oled 65c16LA with WebOs Version 03.40.85
When I turn off the TV, it goes into standby mode.
After 2 minutes the red standby LED turns off and it is no longer possible to turn the TV back on with the remote or with the power on button.
It is then necessary to unplug the power supply, wait a few minutes and reconnect it.
So the TV goes back to standby and you can turn it on again. In use everything works.
Is it a software problem? How can I solve it?
Thank you

With relatable and meaningful lyrics, the song encourages Vietnamese youth to live in the moment and enjoy every aspect of their lives.
The music video takes viewers on a journey across iconic landmarks of major Vietnamese cities, inspiring the younger generation to explore everything the country has to offer. “An Optimism Universe” delighted listeners from the moment of release, reaching an impressive 1 million views on YouTube within just 24 hours. The momentum continued, culminating in a total of 18 million views across all platforms in a mere 10 days.
This theme song debuted at the Uni-tour of Saigon University in Ho Chi Minh City and the National Economics University in Hanoi, where approximately 3,000 students were met with a fun-filled playground of colorful experience zones organized by LG Vietnam.
The first space, the Optimism Melody zone, presented students with the opportunity to express themselves through karaoke, enhanced by hands-on experiences with the LG StanbyME and StanbyME GO.
Nearby, the Optimistic Hints of Tarots zone invited students to discover a unique, positive message revealed with a touch on the LG StanbyME screen.
Students could share their event experience at the Capture Optimistic Moments zone to receive an optimistic framed photo, while the exhibition space at the Wall of Optimism zone showcased the students’ creative ideas to spread optimism to their friends, relatives and the community.
In an effort to expand the reach of the Life’s Good brand mission, LG Vietnam also aimed to make a tangible difference in the community with practical support. Enriching cultural life and improving education in rural areas, the company joined hands with the Green Summer 2024 Campaign, an annual event organized by the Vietnam Student Association. Launched in 1997, the campaign provides students with leadership opportunities in social initiatives, including building roads, bridges and charity houses, as well as participating in educational programs to eliminate illiteracy and improve digital competency.
LG Vietnam donated 27 LG TVs to the Green Summer campaign this year, nine of which were specifically designated for a community housing project in Dak Nong province. The remaining 18 LG TVs were given to remote schools to provide better teaching and learning conditions for both teachers and students.
Vietnam’s “Power of Z – Spread out the Optimism” campaign reaffirms LG’s commitment to connecting with the younger generation and encouraging young people to approach life with an optimistic attitude, create a positive impact on the community and contribute to a better future for all.
To spread the message to a wider audience, people can also share positive moments from their daily lives as part of LG Vietnam’s social media challenge with the hashtags #LifesGood, #TíchCựcLanToả and #NụCườiLanXa.
Additionally, LG employees participated in a for the campaign, contributing to a greener learning environment for students.
LG actively promotes activities and initiatives that create a better life for Vietnamese people through the power of Life’s Good. Through this local campaign, LG Vietnam hopes to spread more joy and happiness, inspiring a brighter future for all.

The company’s goal is to shape a future where it’s easy to appreciate the smaller things in life and where Life’s Good for everyone, no matter where they live.
In line with this dedication to creating a happier, more connected future for all, LG Saudi Arabia organized its first-ever K-POP World Festival on August 3 at JAX District’s Cultural and Art zone in Riyadh. To foster cultural unity and mutual respect, LG invited the nation’s biggest K-pop enthusiasts to promote a special and vibrant cultural exchange between Saudi Arabia and South Korea.
The warehouse was packed with excited fans, who created an incredibly energetic atmosphere as each act performed. The local fan base’s devotion to the world’s fastest-growing music genre was demonstrated by the hundreds of people outside who couldn’t get inside, decked out in traditional clothes like hijabs and abayas while singing and dancing to their favorite Korean songs. The festival was a perfect picture of how K-pop has found a special place in Saudi hearts, harmonizing with the local culture.
With 30 teams from across Saudi Arabia competing in the preliminaries, the best 10 progressed to the final. After a fiercely contested final showdown, the coveted title was awarded to the Saudi female trio dance group, Everlast, who captivated the audience with a dynamic performance and their undeniable talent. Under the partnership of the Korean Embassy in Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Culture of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Entertainment Academy (SEA) and LG, this vibrant celebration of two unique cultures underscored the strengthening cultural and diplomatic relations between the two nations.

I have spent countless hours trying to figure out which remote is compatible with my 27 inch LG television. I can find the TV on LG's website (after intensively searching each time), but when I search the Magic Remotes for compatibility, I've had no luck in anything matching the two.
TV model is 27LQ625S-PU, purchased from Best Buy in America. I'm running 7.3.1-38 for webOS TV version. Trying to purchase one elsewhere online also seems to not have anything resembling my TV make/model.
I don't know what else to do in order to find a remote that works, and I don't want to spend the money trying ten remotes until finding one that does. Am I missing something through the site where I should be searching? Do all remotes work based on webOS version? I'd really love to upgrade this mostly useless remote. I don't use it much right now because I don't like typing through the on-screen keyboard and the remote that came with the TV isn't as easy to use as a universal (I think some of the buttons are in oddly located places). I tend to use external smart devices because the (dumb) remote/webOS don't seem to pair together very well.
I appreciate any help you guys are able to offer, and apologize if this seems like a foolish question.
