Why does my smart tv didn’t come pre-installed with Dstv now app.

how can I download and install the app

Hey guy u didn’t understand my question, Dstv now is not pre-installed so it’s not among the apps

Hence I said u can manually download it

Lg tv down not allow manual installation of 3rd party application , it does not have google play

If u press the Home or House button. U will see there's an LG Store from the listed Apps. U can download any app there. Even games.

DSTV Now, unfortunately, do not produce an app for the webOS platform or any other non-iOS/Android device.

If you want a native app you are going to have to campaign for DSTV Now to produce one.

Thank you George. That confirms my suspicions. So the other members can also stop stressing over this. Only thing is to use phone app and share screen, which I also found out is  a mission, going through the menu system. But my phone gets hot when in use for prolonged time, so I dont do it.
