I'm having an issue with my LG TV & LG Sounbar setup
LG UJ6200 TV software 6.10.55
LG soundbar 33217
ISSUE: All sound effects EXCEPT movie sound muted, requiring more volume to listen than MOVIE sound effect for live TV and Internet Streaming
TV AUDIO SETTINGS: Sound out ==> Audio Out (optical/HDMI ARC)
Digital Sound PCM
Simplink: ON
I unplugged the sound power, pressed the power button for 60 seconds ==> no effect
I pressed the volume down button on the sound bar while pressing sound effect on the remote for 60 seconds ==> No effect, did not get reset message.

Hi LG team,
We are facing playback issues on LG 2024 and 2025 tv models when we try to play AAC audio content. The content starts playing but after a few seconds it pauses. We have tried with WebOS native player as well as Shaka Player and the behavior is same. We can play the aac audio content on tv models older than 2024.
Tv model used:
LG -2025
Model no - 43UA83006LA/2025
Type- ultra HD/4kTv
LG webOS- (10.3.1)

If I play an MKV video from a USB drive that contains multiple subtitle tracks with correct language tags, will webOS automatically select the appropriate subtitles, for example based on the TV interface language or the country where the TV is being used? Or it will just select first one/makred as fefault?

So basically I just got a new LG OLED TV (55 inch C5) and my Dad's C4 was seemingly able to display internal or embedded subtitles in TV shows through the built-in media player from external USB storage just fine with some tinkering in the menus.
But with mine, the subtitles are displaying all of the raw text in the subtitle files in the player, not using the arguments properly at all.
Pictures included for reference
Is there any way to fix this other than literally doing subtitles for every episode externally, in a seperate file?
These subtitles work fine when I play from the exact same storage device on my phone through VLC, and again on my Dad's LG TV

Question
An Wa
Hi all,
I own a LG UH650T TV and have been trying to playback content with Sinhala Language/Font Subtitles support but unfortunately the WebOS doesn't seem to have the correct encoding settings/Sinhala font characters installed into the software for correct playback of the subtitles and therefore the subtitles do not show up on the TV at all.
I would be very grateful if you are able to bring up this issue with WebOS Software Developer Teams to enable Sinhala Language Subtitles Support within the LG WebOS.
Your co-operation and assistance regarding this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you and kind regards,
