While using set top box, the voice are not clear and only music is heard clearly, it would be better if a manual equalizer is there rather than the already preset equalizer like cinema mode, clearvoice etcetc which doesnt serve the problem
I used to cast from ace stream directly to my UJ6300 and I had no problems until a few days ago when the TV got an update for WebOS 3.7 I think. Now whenever I try to cast to the TV it just shows a black screen on the "Web App Viewer" app, I was wondering if maybe I could set a different player as default player when streaming from my phone instead of the Web App Viewer, as when I play from other sources it starts the "Photo&Video" player. Otherwise I think I would have to downgrade the OS to the previous stable version. Anyone else having this problem?
I' just bought a 65UK6750PLD and updated to Software_File(Version_04.10.30). When using the EPG on either freeview or Freesat, I cannot select the program I want to watch, or the channel I want to change to. Pressing the OK button on the standard IR remote, the Magic remote or the android app does nothing unless I unplug the TV and restart it. The OK button works under all other conditions. Anyone know of a permanent fix? Thanks for any help.
Hi guys since i updated to 5.80.10 can't use any apps , well apps are working but all apps have a glitch,buzzing,distorted i thought its only Gamestreams but i tried TvCast same problem Youtube,Netflix all of them have the same sound issue, Tv works fine on normal programs tv is 43UJ701V . I did a reset to factory thing works fine for about 10 min then the problem is back , so i can't watch anything Twitch,Youtube,Netflix nothing .
Hi, I was curious about the internet speed via the ethernet port on my 55B8PLA, I have measured 40-50Mbs in some different sites(on browser), however I have a 100Mbs connection. I have tried it on my laptop(unplug the cable from the TV and connect it to my laptop), and it shows the 100Mbit speet. I can't find why the TV has half of the full speed... Thanks for the help. Br. I have a LG 42LB6500-UM TV that apparently has a problem with the Firmware, since I bought it I had automatic updates configured, so it was updated several times until arriving at the mysterious Firmware 05.00.15. Why mysterious? Because according to the support page of LG this software is not in the compatible history with the model of my TV. Here the problem began.
Since then I can not update the Firmware in any way, online it marks me an error "error in the decryption of the data ...", and when I try it for usb simply nothing happens. I'm stuck in version 05.00.15, but that's not the biggest problem.
From that moment I can not access the content that HDCP requires, that is, netflix, cinepolis Klic, Prime Video, etc. Yes, it allows me to play YouTube. If I turn on the HDCP in the configuration of my PS4, the screen turns blue. An error in HDCP appears in the InStart menu.
Can you think of an idea to solve this problem?
Is it possible to delete the firmware and install a new one in a different way to the traditional one (online and usb)?
I am 3 years old with this problem, and the LG technical support staff has only told me that I should change the Mainboard, that is very expensive, and the Mainboard of my TV is in excellent condition, it is a software problem.

I did a refresh of my LG TV 3 days ago. Sold the old LG 47" 3D LED TV and bought new 55" LG Super UltraHD TV with WebOS. I believe, the biggest con of this new TV is WebOS. Its totally frustrating. Sorry for WebOS fans.
It isn't that smart and functional they way it looks. The problem I having since 3 days and being a network engineer, I am unable to solve a network issue myself which is even more frustrating for me.
Ok, let me explain the issue. The TV when installed was connected to LAN cable to my router which has direct internet connection. The TV works and none of the apps were working. Basically TV wasn't able to connect to internet via apps. If i open web browser, it was working fine with all webpages showing correctly.
I'll skip the part of contacting LG support which was useless. All troubleshooting steps like resetting, formatting, changing time zone, location, region was done but no luck. Finally I connected the TV via mobile hotspot and it just worked which gave me the clue that some ports are being blocked by my ISP or router.
My internet setup is this way. Internet cable from ISP -> ISP Modem (can do NAT and work as router) - WiFi Router (NAT, DHCP, etc) -> all LAN clients. I put my LG TV in DMZ, opened all ports, etc but no luck. Then I converted my ISP modem as router and connected the LG TV directly to it and it started working..!!!
My WiFi Router is TP-Link Archer C7 and I was using stock firmware. Thought it was creating issues and I installed DD-WRT, Open-WRT but no luck at all. The apps which were installed in TV when TV was connected directly to modem are still working fine. Youtube, Plex, Netflix, etc all are working but when I open LG Content Store, it just refuses to load.
I am not sure what wrong my TP-Link router is doing. There is something wrong with the LG TV content store. If it requires to open ports, then I would like to know which ones.
Sorry for the long port, may be my frustration of 3 days with no luck.!!

Hello, Since the recent update 04.70.85, my TV's internal speakers are not working. Is it possible to downgrade firmware? If yes, Can Some body share download link of previous firmware for above mentioned model (UAE). Or is there any way to re-flash existing firmware?
