I have the same problem in UK. I think the LG website is very poor

I have the same model and same problem. I really wish I had not purchased this brand as the web is useless on it.

Unable to log into myft.com account. Always freezes after I enter the captions on my new LG TV. I can log in on all other devices, including my mobile phone.
