Dear Team,

I have LG 49UB850T Smart UHD TV. Recently, I updated the WebOS, from that point, I observed my TV is very very very slow while browsing the Youtube / Netflix / Amazon Prime / SBS OnDemand any live streaming.

Here are few details:

Model: 49UB850T-TA

Seriel Number: 404KCZPR3501

Software Version: 05.05.75

WebOS Version: 1.4.0-2334(afro-ashley)

Can I get any fix to this OS version or suggest me what I have to do to fix this issue.

Thanks,

Kotes

Just curious but have you tried disconnecting/reconnecting you wifi in the TV's settings? I have a different model but recently I had something similar and redoing my wifi connection fixed it.

I have to unplug & press the power button about twice/week in order to stream youtube. The app is up to date. Anyone know the cause or fix? Thanks.

It is unprofessional on part of LG TV that they do not resolve the basic issue of adding app gCmob in their app store.
My 50UT80506LA LG WebOs TV does not support my office security camera system via wifi to TV.  We need (gCmob app) in list of app.
I can't connect my office camera via Wi-Fi to LG-TV. No body in LG TV technical team is proactive in resolving the issue of customer. They are more happy to befool the customers, rather than looking for technical solution through wider thinking.
Please talk to you top management and make a visit to our office to understand the customers plight..
      Please respond to customers needs.

On my LG 'smart' TV now for some reason I can now only watch the LG channels but not the fiber-optic programming on wi-fi . The HDMI 1 feed I normally use shows 'dark' on the Dashboard even though I can get the green checkmark on it. How do I reconnect it? The Dashboard shows my feed as ethernet/cable; which is wrong but efforts to correct it have failed so far.

The LG WebOS Plex App will not start without internet access even though the App is used to access local Media from a Plex Sever on the local network.  Samsung, Roku, AppleTV Plex Apps ALL work on the local network playing local Media even if internet access is not available.  This is a dealbreaker. I will NOT purchase anymore LG TV’s unless this issue is corrected.    The app simply states that “Internet is Not Accessible” and will not continue to load.  I don’t care if the internet is not available.  My local network IS available and is all that is needed.

      Hi,
I recently bought an LG UK6500PLA TV (my first LG), but I have a difficult time streaming content (Wifi connected), e.g. Netflix series is streaming in low resolution.  The router is only 10 feet away from TV (but ethernet is not an option) and uses a 5GH frequency range.
I have tried making a speed test at fast.com, for both the TV (through the Webbrowser) and for my laptop and iPhone. The speed test for TV showed 2.5 Mbps and my laptop and iPhone showed 110 Mbps. Can there really be such a big difference? I am starting to wonder if this might be a warranty issue?
Do any of you guys have experience with bad Wifi reception on your LG TV or have any suggestions on how to fix it?

      Br,
      Nick
