LG 42LB6250 Display Problem

Hi...I am facing a problem with mt LG Smart TV Model 42LB6250, the display turns on but shows rainbow stripes.  Any one faced similar problem and can tell me the cause of this problem? Took for repair but was told will take long to order a display/motherboard.

If you repairer can tell you exactly what has died you will probably find the replacement part on eBay.

Our telly is less then two years old. First time we purchased LG products ( never again) 

My telly is doing something similar. Entire screen gets vertical lines on it and goes away if I turn telly off. 

Had similar problem last year and it was repaired under the five year warranty. Going to call warranty people again to have it repaired. Rubbish telly if you ask my personal opinion: we are light users and may watch 4/5 hours a week! I’m going to try and ask for refund or a replacement. Pointless having an expensive large screen tv when you cannot use it properly.

      Problem: Auto switch to HDMI input in LG TVs

      Hello Team,
      My newly purchased 75-Inch Class QNED 4K LED QNED85T series TV with webOS 24 has a setup box and soundbar connected via HDMI. It automatically returns to HDMI input when I move between home and any app (like YouTube, Prime, etc.). It appears to automatically detect and switch to the HDMI input always. The soundbar attached to the HDMI was disconnected if I turned off Simplink (HDMI-CEC). There doesn't seem to be a way to disable auto sensing option. It appears that LG TVs lack a function or problem. 
      I have a Hisense TV with the same setup, and it functions perfectly. I have no trouble switching between apps and controlling devices connected via HDMI.

      Starting April 4 (local time), fans had the opportunity to experience the action of the game in vivid detail, delivered by LG’s LED signage displays during the home opener – the first Fenway Park matchup of the 2025 MLB season between the Boston Red Sox and the St. Louis Cardinals. 
      LG’s innovative display solutions are set to lead the transformation of the beloved Massachusetts ballpark, the iconic stadium that has shared in the joys and sorrows of American baseball fans for more than a century since its opening in 1912.  
      With a focus on redefining the fan experience, LG has established a strategic partnership with ANC, the agency managing stadium operations and advertising on behalf of Fenway Sports Group, the owner of the Boston Red Sox.       Date problem after 03.51.15 update

      After recent software update of LG OS software update 03.51.15, there is constant problem with Date.  Date is not setting properly and getting defaulted, due to which browser and most of the apps are not working.. Have tried to reset to original settings and remove automatic date setting option then tried setting manually.. but every day its resetting to old date.

      Problem simultaneously using hdmi soundbar and headphones in 3.5mm jack

      I've just purchased an OLED48 C44 LA which comes with a US 60T soundbar. I've connected the soundbar to the HDMI earc socket. Because my hearing isn't too good I'd like to also have some heaphones plugged into the 3.5mm socket so that both the hdmi earc and 3.5mm socket have sound simultaneously. I've been into accessablity menu and the listen together option doesn't appear to offer both hdmiearc and 3.5 mm simultaneously. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
      just to be clear, There is a setting which permits TV speakers plus wired external headphones. I just haven't found a setting which allows HDMI earc soundbar plus wired headphones.

      Hotstar problem on Web OS 3.51

      After Upgrade of WebOS to 3.51 my Hotstar is giving problem. We can open the app and select program but when we select program we get black screen. No streaming is happening.  What is solution?
