I've just updated my LG 55UM75 TV to the latest software version - 05..20.15 - and now the picture looks off.
I've turned off TruMotion, Motion Eye Care, Smooth Gradation, Noise Reduction and Smooth Gradation, but somehow everything still looks artificial.
Is there another picture setting I'm missing, I've gone through every setting I can find.

I've update 2 of my LG Digital signage TVs (Model 65UH5J-HP) to the latest firmware (3.74.00). Before updating I was able to access the admin menu using "000000" as the default PWD. After updating, I am no longer able to use that default password to access the admin menu. It's giving me a message saying "Incorrect password (Same number repeated). Please try again"
I tried to usual suspects:
123456
654321
111111
666666
No bueno - anyone got any insights? LG corporate support was unable to help either.

1. For well over a year the Antenna Channel Guide has been incomplete. Is there a way to manually update the guide?
The Prime app has suffered from two problems:
2. No subtitle option on movies, fixed by app uninstall/reinstall. Is there an easier fix?
3. 4K movies downgrade to SDR or SD momentarily, app uninstall/reinstall did NOT fix this?
TV software is upto date. Internet speed is good. Cache has been cleared by power disconnect/reconnect.
I have not tried Reset To Original settings, will that wipe out antenna channel & HDMI input name customizations?
Thanks.

Hey LG
Can you actually answer forum questions because many people want answers,
and really support your products.
Even me I have asked question but nothing zilch, zit.
So we buy but nil zit, zero help from you
Product such as TV's are limited use and life.
Playback support and updates are really bad (Only bare minimum support in TV's)
Seriously this does not make people like me want to purchase your products again
I am seriously looking at other makers to purchase
It is a shame because you have such a great product
Yes I am NOT happy

Immediately following the major LG webOS firmware upgrade last week, our OLED65G2PSA is damaged. A white line appears top to bottom of screen in from the left hand side & the tv either fails to turn on, or shuts itself down shortly after. Has anyone else had this issue & if so, has any update on a solution. (I'm waiting for LG to get it sorted. Waiting ...)
