That is correct and I was opening the same topic several months ago without any reaction from LG. Since many people nowadays having only IP TV provider I would expect that a really smart TV can handle it

My set (NANO90) goes to the first HDMI socket in use, my satellite receiver
Like you I do not use terrestrial TV
