Looks like LG TV only support combinations of Internal Speakers + Wired Headphones and Internal Speakers + Optical output.

You may try a soundbar with such functionality.

Not a simple solution, but not too hard:

I bought an inexpensive optical-analog converter #with headphone jack#! (TOSLInk-analog)

Then, an inexpensive Bluetooth transmitter, to connect to the headphone jack, or 'RCA' connectors.

The TOSLink optical output does not seem to be controlled from the TV volume control, which is probably ideal for you, since you can control volume with the headphone output control from the converter, and the volume control on your headphones

I think it would cost about $30, and is then useful for any TV, or device that needs a Bluetooth transmitter-

I found this one on Amazon.de ...

Not sure how reliable the suppliers are... I ordered a similar one a while ago, and it never arrived, but, here's a staring point, and supports 2 headphones at once.

Here's a "single box solution"

hope this is some kind of help... the LG TV that I have sucks for Bluetooth, or audio output, generally... sigh...

I AM USING A BLUETOOTH TRANSMITTER FOR LISTENING TO THE AUDIO ON MY BT HEADPHONES, WHEN OTHERS ARE NOT TO BE DISTURBED. THIS I DID AFTER EXPLORING ALL AVENUES OF USING BT HEADPHONES ON LG TV DIRECTLY.

I INTERESTED IN USING THE OPTICAL AUDIO OUTPUT ALSO,  STILL NOT FOUND AN ECONOMIC ALTERNATIVE FOR THE SAME

Was it necessary to write all that in caps? It was hard to read.

I have a LG 65QNED92AUA tv that has issues with the Bluetooth connection dropping off when connected to my earbuds. I believe the issue to be software related. LG has sent 2 technicians out to repair and the first technician changed the main board and Bluetooth transmitter which did not resolve the issue.
There are similar issues with Bluetooth Connection from others.
Since hardware replacement didn’t help and this is a known software-pattern issue, I would like push LG to specifically address it at the firmware/webOS level. I am unable to escalate to their software team and check if there’s a known patch or beta firmware for the QNED92 line.
For some reason this line of questioning is not available with in LG customer service.
       Please help!

If I play an MKV video from a USB drive that contains multiple subtitle tracks with correct language tags, will webOS automatically select the appropriate subtitles, for example based on the TV interface language or the country where the TV is being used? Or it will just select first one/makred as fefault?

      Hi,
I have a OLED77C34LA and a pair Bose QC32 II headphones and I have trouble connecting to the tv.
First the headphones works good on my other three devices but the TV has trouble, when I manage to connect they work perfect but when I turn the off on on again the headphones will say they are connected to the TV but the TV most of the time won't give me an option to connect and I remember I got a popup asking if I wanted the use the headphones as output but only for like 3-4 times so far.
Usually I have to plug the power out of the TV for a while and remove the bluetooth device but and it doesn't always work. It's not great spending like 15min to get the headphones to work.
Any ideas what could be wrong?

Hi, I have a feature request for the sound out setting. I often connect my Bluetooth headphones to the TV. We don't use the internal speaker of the TV, we use the optical sound out setting whenever I don't use Bluetooth. It would make our lives a lot easier if the TV can remember the last sound out setting before connecting to Bluetooth and default back to this setting when the Bluetooth device gets disconnected. At the moment, each time I disconnect the headphones I have to go back into settings and change the sound out setting from internal speaker to optical again.
      Thanks and regards

TV is a week old and the internal speaker has stopped working when in HDMI ARC + internal speaker sound output mode. The internal speaker itself works fine when in “internal speaker” sound output mode. I’ve checked all the settings that I can and can’t find anything that would correct this issue.
