Are you trying to tune in digital TV stations or trying to get on the internet? Digital stations are obtained through the ariel connection unless you want to stream from a website.

Did your previous TV tune ok at this address. Can you try taking it to someone else's property with a known good signal to see if it tunes ok there? If it tunes ok there it must be s problem with the Arial or Arial cable or an amplifier or distribution system has failed.

I am not sure if your TV is running NetCast, the precursor to webOS, or a really early version of webOS.  There is a firmware update from early 2019 available, check out the product page at LG:
