Smart TV Lost Channels and Regional

Question

I have a 2019 65" smart tv

when we re tuned all the stations were there no problems then updated as you do when channels move.

Now my tv shows channel 1- 2- 9 10 -11 etc

3 4 5  6 7 8   are all missing they are there in 103 104 HD tv but not in my region

when watching the regional news it is now Granada not our usual station which was there previously.

I have gone to settings and location both are correct to my address.

all the other TVs are receiving my region with no issues so its not an Arial /signal issue

I am using a digital Arial

How do I get my region correct

How do I get  my channels back

Cheers if you can help.

Hi @Coppertop

Undertake another retune, at the end of the cycle you should be informed that you have overlapping regions.  Selection the correct options should hopefully cure the problem.  I am guessing that you are in the UK and have Freeview.

Hi George yes UK no option for overlapping regions after return still same missing channels and incorrect region.

Cheers

Keith

      Hello,
Is there any way of installing an usb gigabit network adapter on a webos smart TV?  The builtin wired adapter is only 100mbps (on a 2000$+ TV, shame  on you LG!!!)  while the wifi (N) is very poor, with the router at 1m from TV it only gets half the bandwidth of the wired network. Anyway the wired network  maxes out near 100mbps but I need more bandwidth as I have 4k video content with bitrates grater than 100mbps which I cannot stream without stuttering to TV through XPLAY/PLEX.
      Kind regards,

I have a LG TV model: 47LB652V-ZA, webOS version 1.4.0-2523 (afro-ashley). Why isn't Spotify supported for this TV if its from 2014 and it says that devices from 2013 and onwards will be supported

We recently purchased an LG Oled TV:  OLED55B6P

We tried to access our photo library in Google Photos using the LG's web browser. We initially got access but after a few minutes we were kicked out and a message advised that we had to "Update the Browser" and links to the major browsers appeared. When we selected any of the browsers and attempted to upload a browser update we were informed by another message the this tv "Does not support downloads".  We can no longer open Google Photos.   Other sites seem to be accessible through the browser - the only one we can't access it seems - is Google Photos.
      Questions:
      1.  How do we update the LG's browser so that we can access Google Photos?
      2.  Is there any other way to access Google Photos?
Our computer is an iMac and we have iPads and iPhones.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks!

Hi All.... I use SS-IPTV player on an LG TV running Webos 5.2.0: I can't change the display format (16:9, 4:3, original, zoom, etc.): I need it because some channels are shown with the zoom (so a part of the image is not visible) or in 4:3, (leaving huge black bands on the sides), while I I would like to set them to 16:9, which I actually do... but it has no effect. I also tryed to use other iptv players for testing, but I have the same problem... I couldn't solve .... Maybe it's a not very compatible version of webos? (I use the same ss-iptv on another old tv with webos 3.8.0 and everything works perfectly, (indeed, in that case I don't even need to change aspect ratio because all channels are perfectly displayed in 16:9) has anyone had the same problem or know how to fix it? or the attempts I could make? Thank you!
