BUT for some reason the SUBTITLES do not load. I streamed the same channel on the movistar play app on my iphone and the subtitles worked fine!.

Is there any configuration I need to do on the TV ?? I need some  help.

The importance of a well-balanced diet and its benefits for preventing diseases by boosting one’s immune system must never be underestimated. That said, an alarming number of people in Indonesia are malnourished and, unlike other parts of the world, this number is rising, not falling. This problem can be attributed to the number of children with limited access to nutrient-packed ‘superfoods’ like fruit, vegetables, beef, fish and nuts, according to a 2020 survey of low-income households that suggested children in Jakarta were not eating nearly as much nutrient-dense foods as they were before the pandemic.*

Lee Taijin, President of LG Electronics Indonesia, and Kris Lee, Product Marketing Director of Home Appliances LG Electronics Indonesia, serve food to a waste disposal worker in Jakarta
To take another step forward in its mission to make the world a better place for everyone, LG is bringing its healthier lifestyle initiatives to more underprivileged communities in Indonesia, most recently with its LG Lebaran Sehat (LG Healthy Eid) event. From May 4 to 6, the company set out to create social value in the nation’s bustling capital city, Jakarta, by delivering hot, healthy meals to hungry locals with LG’s flagship home appliances, including its cutting-edge microwave and expansive two-door refrigerator, playing their part.

Every year, Eid al-Fitr marks the end of Ramadan and is celebrated by hundreds of millions of Muslims in Indonesia alone. After a full month of fasting and prayer, families participate in a nationwide exodus, known as mudik, to reach their hometowns in time to celebrate lebaran, which involves a family feast made up of various delicious, traditional meals. This year, lebaran meant even more to Indonesians of Islam as it saw the return of mudik, since restrictions on mass movement were finally lifted after 2 years living with the global pandemic.

Believing that a spirit of solidarity within the local community would bring people together, LG Indonesia sent food trucks to three waste treatment facilities in the poorer areas of the city – Warung Buncit, Rawajati and Bantargebang. Hundreds of healthy meals were handed out to hard-working locals and deserving children, which were kept fresh and warm thanks to the advanced, energy-efficient LG products employed inside the restaurants on wheels.

LG Indonesia endeavors to bring new social activities that better the lives of people from all walks of life, collaborating with various influential partners across multiple industries along the way to make sure no community is left behind.

You’re here to find out how to watch Super Bowl 2022 on your LG TV — and we’ll get to that. But first, imagine Dad’s secret chili hitting the stove yet again. Family files into your home from far and wide. Flags adorn the flag holders of all the homes on your neighborhood street — a bevy of competing colors and boisterous avatars to match. It’s not Christmastime, it’s not Easter, and it’s definitely not the Fourth of July, which only leaves one major holiday that isn’t actually a holiday but may as well be.
It’s time, yet again, for the Super Bowl, an American tradition that hearkens back to the days of TVs being as big as washing machines with screens not much larger than our iPhones.
While we, of course, have loads of suggestions for the best TVs to watch the Super Bowl on, if you’ve already had your sights set on a new LG TV or already own a big-screen LG smart set, there are more ways than one to experience the Bowl with your Life’s Good TV. Let’s dive a little deeper into how to watch Super Bowl 2022 on an LG TV.
This year, Super Bowl 2022 is being broadcast live from the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on February 13, 2022, with the kickoff expected at 6:30 p.m. ET and 3:30 p.m. PT. Originally, the 2022 broadcast rights were supposed to go to CBS, but due to pandemic turnarounds, a landmark negotiation between CBS and NBC gave coverage of the annual event to NBC.
So what exactly does that mean in terms of actually watching the Super Bowl with an LG TV? We’ve got that covered below.
How to stream Super Bowl 2022 with an LG TV
A cable box or TV antenna (more on these later) hooked up to our TVs was and still is one of the main ways to catch the Super Bowl — regardless of what major network is handling coverage. Today, though, more and more households have cut the cord, with a number of residences only paying for Internet access and ditching paid cable altogether.
With NBC handling the coverage to this year’s Super Bowl (available on cable, satellite, and over-the-air broadcast), if you’re a cord-cutting household, this means you’ll need to be using a streaming service that gives you access to whatever NBC affiliate is broadcasting in your area. Not a problem, though, as there are several routes you can take to tap into NBC viewing.
For starters, you could try your hand at FuboTV. An official supporter of ESPN, the NFL Network, and NBC, FuboTV launched as a dedicated soccer streamer but quickly grew to include other sports programming and non-sports content. LG TVs have been supporting FuboTV since 2018.
With prices starting at $65/month, FuboTV’s starter package gets you access to over 111 sports channels and 250 hours of DVR storage. If you’re interested in expanding DVR storage or want to access your FuboTV subscription on other TVs in your home, you can upgrade to the Pro tier ($70/month) or the Elite package ($80/month).
YouTube TV and DirecTV Stream are two alternative options for LG TV streaming. Both platforms have access to NBC affiliates, along with a bevy of other TV channels, recording packages, and enough ancillary frills to make the purchase price worth it.
If you want to keep your streaming a bit more traditional, there’s the Hulu way. With a Hulu + Live TV subscription ($70/month), you’ll be able to stream the Super Bowl as it is simultaneously broadcast on NBC affiliate stations. Better yet, your Live TV membership gets you access to ESPN+, Disney+, and Hulu’s entire library of movies and TV shows.
How to watch Super Bowl 2022 on an LG TV for free
“If it’s free, it’s for me” is an often-said adage that comes with some fine-printed details we may not consider. In the case of catching Super Bowl 2022 on your LG TV, yes, technically, you can pick up the broadcast without paying for cable or a streaming provider. However, what you will require is an over-the-air (OTA) antenna.
An OTA antenna connects directly to the coaxial input on your LG TV. After performing a channel scan, your TV (when tuned to the TV/Coaxial/Antenna input) will be able to access a number of live broadcasts from network affiliates in your area.

      Hi,
I recently bought an LG UK6500PLA TV (my first LG), but I have a difficult time streaming content (Wifi connected), e.g. Netflix series is streaming in low resolution.  The router is only 10 feet away from TV (but ethernet is not an option) and uses a 5GH frequency range.
I have tried making a speed test at fast.com, for both the TV (through the Webbrowser) and for my laptop and iPhone. The speed test for TV showed 2.5 Mbps and my laptop and iPhone showed 110 Mbps. Can there really be such a big difference? I am starting to wonder if this might be a warranty issue?
Do any of you guys have experience with bad Wifi reception on your LG TV or have any suggestions on how to fix it?

      Br,
      Nick

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., June 12, 2017 — LG Electronics continues to be at the forefront of leadership and innovation for home entertainment with its award-winning LG SIGNATURE OLED W7 TV just named the highest rated TV by a leading U.S. consumer product publication. LG, which introduced OLED TV in the United States in 2013, is the only manufacturer to offer consumers a range of OLED TV models, including the amazing blade-slim design of the B7 and C7 LG OLED series, Picture-on-Glass design of the E7 and G7 LG OLED series, and the unique Picture-on-Wall design of the W7 LG SIGNATURE OLED TV series. “LG pioneered OLED TV technology and since its inception has continued to dedicate enormous resources to its growth to the benefit of all consumers,” said William Cho, president and CEO, LG Electronics North America. “Top TV reviewers consistently rank OLED as the best TV technology available, and we’re the only manufacturer to offer a variety of OLED TV screen sizes and models – there is no better time to purchase the best TV technology on the market.”
According to a leading U.S. consumer publication, LG OLED TVs received top scores for picture quality, viewing angle, and versatility resulting in the highest rank for overall performance. LG was the first to introduce the transformative OLED pixels to TV screens and continues to be the only TV manufacturer to offer the widest selection of OLED series – consisting of the 77- and 65-inch W7, 77- and 65-inch G7, 65- and 55-inch E7, 65- and 55-inch C7 and 65- and 55-inch B7.
Unlike LCD, OLED technology creates its own light, meaning each pixel can be individually controlled and turned on or completely off resulting in perfect black levels, greater detail in darker areas and near zero light bleed, and with a color palette of over a billion rich colors LG OLED TVs deliver lifelike images, bolder colors and exceptional picture quality.
Also ranked among the best performers in the TV category are LG SUPER UHD TVs featuring Nano Cell Technology, the most advanced LCD picture quality ever offered by LG. This transformative LCD innovation enables the TV achieve greater brightness and display a wider range of colors that are truer to the original image, even at wide viewing angles, so every person sitting around the TV is seeing the most accurate and life-like colors.
Both LG OLED and LG SUPER UHD TVs are able to stream multiple HDR formats, including HDR10, Dolby Vision and the new HLG HDR standard, offering viewers access to the widest library of available HDR content. Furthermore, all 2017 LG TVs feature LG’s award winning and intuitive webOS 3.5 Smart TV Platform, making switching between content options simple and fast.
