    • Question: How to Install Google Play on webOS (not Google Play Movies and TV)

Hi guys,   I have received my LG TV with webOS 3.0 today.   I am looking to install a few Apps available on Google Play, however, it seems Google Play is not installed on the webOS software pre-installed. I can only find Google Play Movies and TV, which does not allow me to install 3rd party Apps.   Is there a way to install Google Play app and 3rd party apps ?   Many thanks

    • Question: gigabit ethernet on smart TV

Hello, Is there any way of installing an usb gigabit network adapter on a webos smart TV?  The builtin wired adapter is only 100mbps (on a 2000$+ TV, shame  on you LG!!!)  while the wifi (N) is very poor, with the router at 1m from TV it only gets half the bandwidth of the wired network. Anyway the wired network  maxes out near 100mbps but I need more bandwidth as I have 4k video content with bitrates grater than 100mbps which I cannot stream without stuttering to TV through XPLAY/PLEX.

    • Question: Switching On/Off Listen mode on latest WebOS

Hello, I've bought LG OLED65E8 TV and at first launch updated to the newest WebOS version. My original issue is slow Wi-Fi speed on this device and after reading different forum threads here and on reddit looks like it's due to switched on "Listen mode" by default (Screen Share app). Just FYI on the same spot in a room I have 300 Mbps from my macbook device. So my question is how can I switch this "Listen mode" off as with latest update of WebOS there is no such option in Screen Share

    • Question: Videos not showing up/playing on TV

I'm trying to go all fancy and have my videos on a NAS drive - model: Buffalo LinkStation LS220D - and watch them on my LG Smart TV - model: LG-43UK6200PLA. I've encoded my videos with various programs in the past including DVDFab, but mainly with Handbrake. They appear on the drive and I can play them on my phone or PC, but only about 1/3 show up and play on the TV. I assume it's some kind of incompatible codec - does that sound likely? The problem is they should be basically the same form
