Update problem

Question

İ have 670v tv.  I cant update my tv . İ tried via usb , cant update ,  i tried downgrade  same problem. How İ can install firmware to my tv?  Please help me

Full model number and currently installed firmware please.

      Bought a 65SM8200PLA only a  month ago!  Last Friday, the TV asked if I would like to update and I said Yes. So far so good but after the update the TV started showing several problems.
