Amazed to see zee5 app in content store , big thank to the team. 

Magic remote feature is not working for app and video in app are not playing even after having fast speed internet. Please look into it

Yes, faced similar issue. Downloaded the app and tried to play a video but it won't play even after 15Mbps internet speed.

Initially thought I'm doing something wrong but after reading your post is confirmed that it's an issue with the app. Hope LG (or whoever is responsible) solves this on priority.

I think that app/ website has issues... It works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.

It never worked for me...its working on phone but not on tv.

You are going to have to badger Zee5 as they are the ones responsible for producing the app.

@Shekhar Rajepandhare  I faced the same problem. Had 10mbps internet speed but was using an old wifi router with 2.4ghz bandwidth , i switched to a new router with 5ghz bandwith with 802.11ac tech, and videos started playing. You might be using 802.11n .

Not all apps are available in all markets for all models of TV, please let the forum know where you are model of TV etc.

I am not able to find this app or any Indian specific apps like Hota tar, Jio Movies etc. in the LG Content Store. Do I need to upgrade my WebOS to get them?

@Shekhar Rajepandhare Can you please tell what did you do to make zee5 work properly? It always buffers every few seconds and magic remote also stops working.

Zee5 app does not work after I watch 3-4 episodes at a time. I need to restart tv. Later it works. Hotstar, YouTube works perfectly fine.

Can you please tell is it the fault of app or tv?
