Apparently according to the article above Amazon Prime Video is not available in the UAE.  So I am guessing that if you are in the UAE the app would not be available, you would have to trick the TV in to believing it was in a different region by changing it settings and then connect to the web via a VPN to install it from a different regions app store.  If you got the app installed you may still have to connect via a VPN to watch the service.

Is this possible to do, sadly I don' t know maybe someone else on the forum has had similar issues and can advise.
