I have a 42 inch LG OLED evo AI C4 4K Smart TV 2024 with a USE6S soundbar connected via HDMI.
Up until a few days ago, the iPhone app was connected via WiFi. I could use it to control the sound effect.
The sound bar remote could also change the sound effect, and the volume with the volume control visible on the TV screen.
Now the iPhone app does not connect to the soundbar and the remote control doesn't appear to alter the volums: there's no on screen display.
And also, the TV WOWcast output is not 'sticky': that it to say I can select it, and it remains for a time, but drops.

Product Name:- LG 43QNED756RA AEK

Recently while watching TV, the screen goes blank and then this message appears 'The app needs to close to save memory' then the TV reboots to the program being watched.
Any help and information as to what causes this would be appreciated.

I want to attach a device called a "StreamLine TV" to my LG TV that would broadcast the TV audio directly to my hearing aids. It apparently requires any one of the following three connectors to be on the TV:
TOSLINK cable (optical / digital) Cinch cable (RCA / analog) Jack adapter Looking at the back of my TV it doesn't have an old-fashioned RCA jack which seems to be what they mean by a "Cinch cable (RCA / analog").
I'm not sure if it has a TOSLINK cable. Searching for 'TOSLINK' in the PDF user guide returns nothing. But on the back of the TV there is a jack called OPTICAL DIGITAL AUDIO OUT. Could that be a TOSLINK connector, maybe just not named as such in the user guide?

Question
Eiskaffee
Hi there,
a few weeks ago i got the 43uj6309 LG SmartTV and now i got a question to this TV.
My plan is to install a Ambilight for the TV itself, without HDMI input (as I got none). I red the last days a lot about it and it seems its not that hard.
The only problem is, every topic is about grabbing the video source of an HDMI device, not the TV screen itself. As i dont use any HDMI Device and just stream TV, Netflix and Amazon my ambilight setup has to get the video information from the TV directly.
So i came up with an idea... maybe its not (yet) working or just a stupid idea...
Is it possible to stream the Video signal of the TV to any device trough my network at home? Screensharing or miracast work the same way, dont they? There are Apps like the WEBOS app, where i can scroll trough my photos, so there must be a way to share my TV screen to another WIFI device in the network.
If that works or if there is any way to get the f*** video signal of my TV to the raspberry Pi my ambilight setup would work.
so thanks to anyone who is into the topic and knows someting about it.
peace
