No Auto call PatchesWhenever you tap a phone number within webOS, be it from a

, a missed call or the , the phone app will automatically load up and dial that number for you. While this may be a convenient feature to quickly dial that number, it can also lead to some accidental (and potentially awkward) situations for when you didn't intent to call that person.  Luckily, homebrew developer Herrie has created a trio of patches that will interrupt this process and instead of actually dialing the number, it will just prefill the number into the dialer.  You will still need to press the big dial button in the Phone app to initiate the call, and you can even edit the number before calling if you need to.

Just install any or all of the "No AutoDial from Contacts", "No Missed Call Callback" or "No Autodial from Call Log" patches from Preware or webOS Quick Install and you should be good to go. Just remember that any time you try to dial a number, even if it's from a search or by using , you will still need to press that call button. That extra step takes some getting used to, as you will find yourself immediately putting the phone up to your ear after tapping a phone number and realize that your ear or cheek has continued to dial additional numbers.

Is it just me or is the plex app just unusable on webos.  When I try to select dvr items with the magic remote they just don’t play.  I am not sure if this is a plex issue or an lg webos issue.  Anyone know which it is?

Has anyone else had the same problem as me regarding the 'like' button on the YouTube app on my Oled77g7v? There is a thumbs up button and a thumbs down button for each video. These icons are supposed to be just an outline unless you click on them and then they fill in to show you have selected them. However, this no longer works on my TV. It is as if you never clicked. In fact, the 'like' icon is always pre_filled, no matter what I do. This used to work properly and it still works correctly on a Sony TV I have. Any ideas would be very welcome!

Hi, I've just bought an OLED G2 83. It's all working fine but I cannot get any apps or login to my LG account on it. I can login on my phone and can connect to the TV on that. However, when I try and install any apps, the TV says that I need to sign into my LG account. When I input my details, I get 'The email address that you entered has already been registered with Facebook account. Do you want to login with Facebook Account?' Clicking on OK just takes me back to 'Sign in on TV LG Account Sign In' so I am stuck in the same circle.
I have tried to reset my password through the LG site but, as I am in Portugal, I am getting a message saying that you cannot use social media sites to login in that country.

      What should I do?
