, well, you waited too long to go through the simple registration process. Don't you feel silly?

As announced today on Twitter, the event's free tickets have all been claimed. Exactly how many tickets that is, HP's not saying, though we imagine it's a good many that will be in attendance on Saturday, August 4th. The all-day event will feature presentations by notable webOS developers like Hal Saville and Ryan Rix, hours of developer hack-a-thon-ing, and of course pizza, prizes, drinks, and the like.

In addition to the public schedule, HP Developer Relations manager Enda McGrath in store for attendees. If you're still interested, but for some reason didn't manage to get around to claiming a ticket for yourself, there's a waiting list available should anybody have to cancel in the next week. Just don't count on it - if the pizza is anything like what Palm brought out for the last developer event on site, nobody's going to want to miss that.

Update: Apparently there are bunch of slackers out there who thought they could just waltz right in to the Enyo party. Not so, but because there are enough of you pounding on the virtual doors, , though we can't imagine they've added a whole bunch of new slots - if you want to go, register now or forever hold your Pre's.

I've just updated my LG 55UM75 TV to the latest software version - 05..20.15 - and now the picture looks off.
I've turned off TruMotion, Motion Eye Care, Smooth Gradation, Noise Reduction and Smooth Gradation, but somehow everything still looks artificial.
Is there another picture setting I'm missing, I've gone through every setting I can find.

      Hi there,

I have an LG smart TV OLED65G36LA (LG OS v03.20.17, webOS TV version 8.20.0-710) , and the Prime Video App was no longer able to update (from Dec 2025) and therefore could no longer be used.
I have tried uninstalling the app and re-installing, and that was unable to work, so then applied a full reset on the LG TV and so had to reinstall all of my other apps (Apple TV, Netflix, etc etc) which all successfully downloaded so confirmed network connections and setup are all confirmed working.
When I try to download the Prime Video app, it remains stuck on the download screen and is unable to update.
      Thanks

      Greetings,
I'm hoping someone can assist with a problem we're experiencing while running a Next.js based web application on WebOS.
      Our Configuration:
Display:  43UM5N-E UHD Signage Display (43" LCD)
      WebOS version:  6.0.0-124 (libertyspikes-lager)
      Next.js version:  16.0.3
      React version:  19.2.0
We have built a web application using Next.js and React.  It is hosted on an IIS server running on our local network.  The display is connected to the same network and we have verified connectivity with the web server.  Our application is not a native WebOS app, but rather, we are using the Play via URL option to display the web site when the display boots up.
Attached is an image of the errors captured while running in the WebOS 6.0 simulator.  These errors happen immediately after the application starts.
Based on our research, the embedded version of Node.js on this display is 8.12.0.  On newer versions of the simulator (v22 and above), the application loads fine and no errors occur.  It seems there are JS incompatibilities between the newer Next.js framework and the version of JS build into this display.
      Questions:
      1. Can the embedded JS version of the display be upgraded, and if so, how?
      2. Is there any other possible workaround to get this application to load?  It runs fine on regular browsers and reverting back to an older version of Next.js or re-writing in plain JS is not an option for us.
Any suggestions or help is appreciated!

      Thank you,
      Bob Miller

      Hi,
Since updating our OLED65G2PSA to 23.20.56, we experience sprodadic issues with the network where any app requiring network access shows the generic 'no network access' message.
I have found that when this does happen, I can still PING the TV and connect to IP based web pages.  To fix I can either power cycle the TV or I can go into network settings and toggle off/on 'Set automatically' which must just be triggering something in the underlying OS to reload its DNS service.
Setting a static IP makes no difference, setting a static DNS server makes no difference - it is clearly a software issue.  We have had a TV repair company come and replace the boards, which worked right up untill updating to 23.20.56 and beyond.

Has anyone else experienced this, does anyone have a solution ?

i've updated an oled 42C3 to software version 33.22.80 and after this update some videos doesn't work anymore, last week no problem. I have other videos with the same format and codecs and work, so i don't have any idea what can be the issue.
