Thanks for the tips. I agree with you that we need to download or convert Spotify songs to MP3 in advance. I use another Spotify downloader to do that and transfer Spotify music to my LG smartwatch. The conversion speed is amazing.

It is 2020 and still nothing. It seems that Spotify will not integrate with WebOS in the future. I have used another workaround to listen to Spotify on LG TV for a long time. Just use a Spotify Song Downloader to download songs from Spotify and import them to LG TV via the USB.
