Is is the same version that is available on the unit's support page: http://www.lg.com/eg_en/support/support-product/lg-55LH595V If it is and things are running badly then I would suggest a full system reset and fresh install of all your required apps.

Hi WEB OS team, My TV 49UF 850 2015 model, but I am not able to download Hotstar app and html5 not support my webpage. I followed the previous posts that's fine I am expecting Hotstar app Asap and plz give the path how to install html5 or Adobe flash player in Web OS tv. I got the error when I install the Flash player - I got error device not support to install flashplayer. Plz support on this, remaining WEB OS tv hasaum ! Thanks @Nallapareddy Naveen
