When i turn on my tv... on the very first time i try to open the "setting" menu all goes in freeze and my tv made something like a self reboot.
on tv i can see the red circle whit the "X" on top right corner... but i can't do nothing... the image freeze and no audio.
after about 2 seconds the screen become completely black.
another 2 seconds and all return working... at this point the "setting" menu can be opened whitout any problem but the crash/freeze & reboot cause a complete reset all list of recent app used or input used.
after the crash the tv say "nothing recent activity"... all it's lost.
how i can do for fix this issue? it's someone have a similar trouble on your lg tv?

When I am trying to play premium content on hotstar, it is showing me the playback error. Please resolve this. In other devices it is working perfectly. I have raised this to hotstar they asked me to raise it to TV manufacturer. Attach is the screenshot of the issue.
I have a one year-old model 43UK6500AUA, with standard remote only (no Magic Remote). I can find no mention anywhere of Time Machine. Does this model not include Time Machine II functionality? Must one have a Magic Remote to reveal this feature? I am also baffled by numerous references in the forum to using HDMI , which should not be necessary if using the TV's built-in tuner, as I intend to do. There is also mention of using USB3 for the external HDD. My TV has only two USB ports : USB1 and USB2 — or does this refer to USB 3.0 version (as opposed to USB 2.0)?
