Opening the web browser app, and going to photos.google.com shows a screen with a "go to google photos" button, but nothing works, the button does not respond and the only solution is to shutdown the whole tv, commander buttons do nothing. 64uq800006lb with latest firmware.

Seeing this error when accessing the content store.
Long story short, I'm able to watch netflix and various other streaming services but Disney+ went "weird" recently and would allow me to navigate to various shows but then always encounters a "problem". I noticed Disney+ has a new app update on various Android devices I own so I figured it might need an update on my LG OLED 55E6V too. But the content store has been temporarily unavailable for 24 hours now.
It's the first time I'm seeing this - anyone else?
I updated my email-based LG account and consented to some new terms and conditions in the hope it would make a difference but now I feel like I was mugged into that, all for nothing. Meantime... no Disney+ and no way to check my LG WebOS apps are up to date (strongly suspect there might be a new Disney+ app). The "Account Management" option on my TV results in a black screen and this just feels like things are unravelling.
I have firmware 05.60.15 and no updates are available.

I have LG TV UF6800. TV is working well. The youtube app had worked well until a couple month ago. The yoyube hangs very often after playing advertisement. It also hangs after playing a long video (around 30 min). By "hangs" I mean it is still there, showing the youtube UI, but we cannot play any video. Just black, staying there forever.
I am using wired network on the TV.
I tried updating app, nothing. I googled and tried unpluging power while watching...., no help. BTW the youtube (with the same user) works well on PC and iPad.
If you think this is not LG's problem, please advise to whom I should contact.

Hi folks,
I have a 50NANO863PA television and facing the following problem: when trying to start either Youtube or browser app the TV immediately switches to HDMI output and the app wouldn't start at all. Please watch the video I've recorded:
I tried restoring to factory settings, and the apps started a few times, but after that the same issue arise. The OS is updated to latest version. Did you witness/hear about a similar issue before?
Your input is pretty much appreciated.
