I have an LG OLED65C14LB. All apps work perfectly except for the iPlayer app. Just now it has been sat at loading. Most of the time when it does play, it buffers and restarts every so often, sometimes every few minutes. My internet is around 30mbps, it streams 4k on Netflix and Disney, so not my internet. It's just a very rubbish app.

      Anyone have a problem with this app running on LG 4K TV?
      iPlayer app constantly buffers or locks up
      I switch to NOW TV box (not app) & can watch  iPlayer without an issue.
      Also NETFLIX & other catch up apps  work without any buffering or locking.
      Interested to hear your thoughts....

      Watching Euro 21 on  IPlayer I noticed that the broadcast was different from that on BBC IPlayer on my 4K Amazon Firestick. )The commentary and camera angles were different throughout the match. It was apparent that different people were giving the commentary. Anyone know why this should be? Both were receiving an HD stream and I confirm that in both cases it was BBC I player and not another channel.

      Model number 55UT640s , have been trying to load BBC News Live in the web browser for this new TV but it won't allow you complete the action. Also Don't seem to have an option for iplayer App because of model ? 
      Have now tried another model 32LT6100 at home and the same thing , ( it works on 3 samsung tv's in same house) 
      Is there a fix for this ? Client doesn't have aerial or freesat feed but was hoping to use internet . Dave

      I'm just setting up a friends new LGTV and can't find the BBC iPlayer (or any of the other UK catchup apps) in the Content Store.  Am I looking in the wrong place or doing the wrong thing.
       
      The TV (55UN7306) doesn't have the Freeview play facility so I can't use that to help him.
