    • Question: Surround Sound Won't Work!

I have an LG tv running webos 04.70.45 and I try to connect it to my home theatre system, which is set up for surround sound, but it's only giving dual channel audio rather than 5.1 surround sound. And when i check in settings the option for surrund sound is greyed out, as if it's not possible, has anyone else ecxperienced this issue?

    • Question: Multi View and video streaming app on tv

Does multi views allow for one viewing box to be an input while the other is a video streaming app on the tv itself? And if so how do you select the streaming app?

    • Question: UJ701V - no multi-view option

Hi! I just bought LG UJ701V, don't find it on US site model list, so probably it has a different name in other countries. http://www.lg.com/pt/tv/lg-49UJ701V Tv has webOs 3.5 (3.7.0-57312), and I was expecting to have multi-view, searched every where and just found on a compare site that this model doesn't have this. Is there any way to change webOs version to have multi-view available? or any other trick! Thanks

    • Question: "Read on device" don't work properly

Hi everyone, It seems that the Window command "Read on device" don't work properly with My LG UH661V. The problem: Once the video start, it will just stop and get back to main menu after a minute or so. If I try to change the video timeline, it stops immediately. But it seems to only happen if the file content isn't longer than ~30 minutes. Minor issues: With AVI files and MKV files, the timeline just don't work. Trying to change the time just result in an error message on the TV. Other points: The WebOS is up to date. Windows OS is Windows 10, up to date too. Tried to read on Xbox One and a Samsung TV, and it works just fine. Only happen with LG TV. Any thoughts on this? Thanks !

    • Did WebOS 3.5 drop Multi-View?

I have been looking high and low for a TV that allows picture in picture with two different inputs, so I can have the Playstation 4  and regular TV on the same screen.  Finally found LG TV's with WebOS3.0 and MULTI-VIEW and thought my prayers were answered!  I went out and bought a 49" LG 49UJ6300 today, with WebOS 3.5(!) so it's even better I thought.  Got it home, hooked it up and it was beautiful.  Only to discover that there was NO Multiview!  Apparently it is not supported on the 6300.  What the hell?  The older 6030 49" had it, with WebOS 3.0 !!!?  You're supposed to ADD features, not drop them!   Anyone know why they did that?  Is it just that 49" version or is multi-view just gone now?  That was the one feature I wanted from the damn TV, so I took it back.  The older 6030 is out of stock everywhere.  I'm so bummed.  Nobody makes TV's that can do split-screen.  I guess Samsung still does it but they are much more expensive.
