      Our current app is available on 4K/UHD LG television models running the following system software:
      webOS 3.0 webOS 3.5 webOS 4.0 webOS 5.0 No 720p or 1080p (“full HD”) sets are supported for our current app at this time.
      Note: Due to root certificate limitations with the device OS itself, only webOS 5.0+ devices support secure connections with a personal Plex Media Server. To allow connections to a personal server, devices running earlier webOS versions must be set to Allow Insecure Connections in the TV app settings and the Plex Media Server must be set to Preferred for the Secure Connections preference.

      Hi people,
       
      Recently bought one 49LF6350 and one 43LF6350 and the two models have the same problem, whenever I try to open an application, informs me that I have to update (required update, you must update this app to launch it. the update may cause data to be stored deleted.), and when I try to update, it gives an error message (application has not Been instaled. try again). It happens to apps also store to at new install. what may be occurring?
       
      software version: 3:03:04
      WebOS TV version: 2.0.2-3928 (behive-badlands)

      Got a new 86nano75SQA
       
      google assistance BUILT in works fine - and if i ask it to play a video it does.

      But external google assistance on my google devices, only turns the TV on and off, and opens apps..

      I cant for instance say "Play big bang theory on LG TV"

      Or it says "I also need to know which device to use. try saying that again, and include the device's name"

      Can anyone do this? is it it expected it works? works fine with the built in assistant, but not external ones

      Quick question, what is the current software version on the hu810pw projector? Has there ever been any updates for this projector 
      Only asking because mine says it’s 03.00.37 out of the box and says there is no software updates 
      If this is the current version for this projector and it has been out for well over a year and never had any software/firmware updates, have I fallen victim to the LG never update any of their not popular products in there lifetime company policy? which kept me away from LG products for the pass 10years
