Since the start of this month using youtube is just hectic after one music its followed by an add, try watching something its like watching a series of ads, kindly add something on the web OS to manage this or if anyone has a solution kindly share

I agree. I look at a 15 minute recording on You Tube and see up to 3 adverts.

I remember when there weren’t any adverts on You Tube. Also back then You Tube did not care in peeps downloaded recordings either.

But you know that YouTube ads have nothing to do with webOS?

Exactly, and that's where webos has to develop an adblocker that can be downloaded to manage this.

You can also pay for youtube premium via indian vpn and don’t worry about ads  at all. I’m paying £1.20/m

That is like 64.00 each month. Not worth it. That is what You Tube wants.

Normal yt price is around £12 a month or $15. Where the hell did you took 64 dollars a month? You have plenty of free vpns. Then you just pay around $2 per month for youtube. I can see that this is some master degree math thing for you

That youtube premium does it work if your are not in india? and if you apply to your account does it synchronize to all devices with the account paid for?

You need to use vpn just to set up an account and add your card. After that you can use it as normal. I’ve been using that last few months and don’t  have any problems. Also you get access to YouTube music ;)

I have both YouTube TV and YouTube paid versions. I can use both on up to five different devices inside the same WIFI network or outside of my WIFI network and 2 TV’s outside of the Wi-Fi network I believe?) and I think the premium YouTube works the same way as far as devices in an outside the Wi-Fi network are the same as the TV premium.

PS everything is fine if i upload 4k25p or 4k30p
PSS it's a problem only on webOS - on PC or android everything is OK.

I recently bought a 50NANO90A6B TV and so far I have to say it's a fantastic upgrade from my old Sony 40".
However, I've one small niggle problem (only had the TV since Sunday)... The YouTube app doesn't seem to want to work! it shows the logo with a spinny circle, then the logo starts again with the spinny circle... this just repeats over and over.
All other apps (iPlayer, Jellyfin, Plex, ITV, CH4 etc...) work as does the LGTV app, so the WiFi connection is fine!
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the YouTube app a few times, but it does the same each time!
Anyone know how I can sort this? any other suggestions for fixing it!
I'm currently using my Chromecast with GoogleTV for YouTube at the moment.
I'm in the UK by the way! And the TV is set to that, in all the relevant settings locations.

      Hi,
I believe it started to happen after last update - version 03.53.45, maybe the one before. After I quit YouTube app, TV will not get signal from HDMI settopbox no matter I try. Only solution is to unplug and plug back HDMI cable which is really annoying. Is it known issue? Is there any fix? I tried few workarounds, like disabling smart features and so on, but no luck.
      TV model: OLED55B13LA
      Example:
Settopbox is powered on, TV is showing signal over HDMI, everything is fine. Then I open YouTube, after some time exit, switch back to HDMI input of settopbox and TV says no signal. I re-plug cable and then it works fine.

LG please fix YouTube app! It's doesn't want to play 4k videos! It does play videos in 4k on Android or windows, but in the WebOS YouTube no... I'm really pissed, that I need to cry about it.. why it is taking so long? I'm not the only one with this problem..
