@Dre First, please post what the LG TV model it is, AND what type of remote it uses. If it is a "Magic Remote" type please post the model number on it, as there a different types.

Second, you need to post a much better description of what the problem is. I am not sure what you mean by the "log channels".

What functions of the TV DO work (i.e. can you get normal digital FTA "live TV" channels via your antenna input). Does your remote let you go to the "home" or apps list/menus on your TV?

Which apps work, and which do not. Please post any error numbers, or better still, a screenshot form a smart phone, of the problem, and the steps that reproduce the problem.

How is it connected to the internet - WiFi or LAN (Ethernet) cable?

On my LG 'smart' TV now for some reason I can now only watch the LG channels but not the fiber-optic programming on wi-fi . The HDMI 1 feed I normally use shows 'dark' on the Dashboard even though I can get the green checkmark on it. How do I reconnect it? The Dashboard shows my feed as ethernet/cable; which is wrong but efforts to correct it have failed so far.

It seems our LG TV has done an update which has removed the "standard " BBC channels from the guide . After one day BBC2 has reappeared . The HD channels are present though . I've done a re-scan but no change . I've looked to see if we can move BBC1 HD (on 101) to Chanel 1 on the guide but doesn't seem to be an option.
Anybody else have this problem and any cures ?

      LG OLED65C2AUA.
webOS TV version webOS25/10.2.2-61. up to date.
software version 33/22.95 up to date.
whenever I watch Netflix it freezes indiscriminately. Once it happened at minute 1:29 of a movie although it can happen at any time. the Netflix error message says to restart which I do but the issue persists. it is to the point where it is unwatchable. however, when I watch it through Firestick it is fine. Other TV's do not have the issue so I am thinking it is something with the TV. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the TV. I have powered down the TV. I have reset the router. I am wired with ethernet so not using wifi. any help would be appreciated to fix this issue.
