@mark18 Do you have an Amazon Prime account already set up (say on a laptop or iPad - easier to do than on the TV)? If so, in theory it SHOULD work, as LG say they are making it available to most TV models between 2016 and current. See:

That site article DOES mention that Amazon Prime membership is needed. If you already have this set up, and can log into the app, what error are you getting?

Here is way that can help you avoid this issue. You can use the

to or other plain audios from your computer. Then you can move Amazon Music to your device for listening without any limit.

Hi ,thanks for the replies ,i have an account set up and the service works on all other devices except the television ,the app just fails to open ,i have downloaded the current version but it is still the same ,somebody mentioned elsewhere that it needs a flash player to work but im not sure about this.

      HDMI ARC - Audio Out Not Working (Again)

      I'm not getting any audio from the apps via the HDMI via ARC connection to my receiver.  This occurred two weeks ago and was unable to resolve it, but ironically there was new firmware released that same day for my B6 (3/31/17) and this fixed the issue.  However, now I again can't get it working after a TV reset and tinkering with the audio settings again.  I tried to load the firmware again, but it appears this is not possible to forceable load the same firmware.

      Hi,
      I believe it started to happen after last update - version 03.53.45, maybe the one before. After I quit YouTube app, TV will not get signal from HDMI settopbox no matter I try. Only solution is to unplug and plug back HDMI cable which is really annoying. Is it known issue? Is there any fix? I tried few workarounds, like disabling smart features and so on, but no luck.
      TV model: OLED55B13LA
      Example:
      Settopbox is powered on, TV is showing signal over HDMI, everything is fine. Then I open YouTube, after some time exit, switch back to HDMI input of settopbox and TV says no signal. I re-plug cable and then it works fine.

      Home Button Not Working, Can't Get Into Settings

      When in an app, hitting home on the remote doesn't do anything. I was looking to see if there's a webOS update available, and now I see trying to open settings locks it all up. The only way to get out of an app right now or get it out of the state where trying settings locks it up is to power off and back on again.
      Things I've tried:
      1. Restart. I've tried various ways including unplugging and holding the power button on the TV for a while. I left it unplugged all night.
      2. Repair of the remote. 
      I don't know what else to try as I can't even get into settings to see if there's an update to fix this mess. Any thoughts?

      Hello there!
      Recently the prime video app started to require the update to open, and now i am having a problem, because this app update REQUIRES to a system update of firmware (to webos24),
      but it will make impossible to homebrew later.
      So, can someone at least provide the last or update ipk of amazon (amazon.ipk), so i can install manually?
