@Edgardo Romero You have not posted what LG TV model you have, and what it's fimware level is (often very useful to help with some types of issues).

Also, is it connected to the internet via a LAN cable, or WiFi, and are you using the 2.4GHz band, ar the 5GHz band? Is the WiFi signal strength good where the TV is (check the bars in the fan-shaped symbol on a smart-phone near the TV)?

The error sounds like an out-of-date Security Certificate, either inside the APP itself, or the web-site that it is using to get the multimedia/video whatever.

Check that the APP is up to date, and that you have the latest firmware in your TV.

      When I open the DSTV Now app on my lg tv I get the error “We’re sorry Something went wrong. Please try again.” 
      I have re installed the app, checked for firmware updates and even reset TV but the error keeps on appearing. 
      Any suggestions on how to fix this? Is it a tv issue or is it the app which is faulty?

      I have an LG TV using the magic remote.  I discovered that it allowed for either the LG tv or Sling TV to be able to be set as an input so I got sling tv.  I am now wondering if there is a way to set that when you power on the tv, it will automatically go to the sling tv input (or app)?
