Audio sync loss on high definition live TV after streaming

After using iPlayer app on my lg nano TV when I tune to BBC 1 be, the audio starts in sync but rapidly goes to several seconds delay .

@Colin Todd Please let us know your full LG TV model. Is the BBC iPlayer the ONLY TV app that does this?  Are you allowing updates to occur on the TV (firmware etc) - some owners block these.

Looks like it is just the iPlayer app.  Hsppensvevet time.

@Colin Todd Have you checked that you are on the latest firmware for your TV? The latest is 03.21.36 dated 25/1/21, so it is very recent.

Also see if the app will get an update notification when you select it.

Lat at versions of system and apps. A factory reset solved the problem. Hope this doesn't happen too often as it takes some time to configure it back as I want it.
