Smart tv does not have app store

@Hayley Jack Looking at the Firmware version, that appears to be an old TV, from about 2014. It has an "odd" looking model of WEBOS1. Can you look at the sticker on the back of the TV to tell us the actual full model number?

What sort of remote do you have? If it has a HOME button (usually with a house symbol on it), what displays if you press that? Do you get a scrollable list of apps and functions along the bottom, with one of them being LG Store if you scroll right enough (selecting the white icon with the 3 lines on it)?

      Press the Home/Smart button on your remote to bring up your launcher bar.
      Click the Settings icon in the top-right.
      Choose the All Settings option at the bottom.
      Choose the General menu from the left.
      Scroll down, near the bottom of the list, and select About this TV.
      From here, make sure Allow automatic updates is checked, and click the Check for updates button.
      If an update is found, follow the steps on screen to download and install it.

      Hi friends, I am developing a small server in a hotel to integrate all our system (home automation, checkin/checkout, door openings and televisions). My idea is to launch a promotional video on the televisions when the door is opened the first time after a checkin Ā (among other things). can I do it with a smart tv with webOS? If so, how can I do it?

      Does USB content leave thumbnails via SmartShare on LG TV after removing USB?

      After viewing photos/videos on a flashdrive plugged into the USB of an LG TV and using SmartShare to view... and then removing the USB and then no longer having access to the TV... I noticed on the flashdrive a new folder called "LG TV" and within what appears to be files that may have been the thumbnails displayed on the TV. My question is... do those thumbnails also remain on the TV as recent history even without the USB plugged in? The LG Smart TV online user guide refers to "Recent" ("To view a list of recently viewed or added content, select Recent). Would thumbnails be there without the source flashdrive?
