LG Smart tv content store

Hello guys.... I just purchased hotel lg smart tv lg 55uu660h but unfortunately the content store didnt appear so i cant install any additional apps..... If you guys know any solution or guide.... Im really appreciate it.. thank you 🤗

Hi @Wan Syafiq

Being a unit designed for hotels the 55uu660h is not going to come with direct access to the LG Content Store, you do not want those pesky customers just installing whatever they want!

Such TVs are meant to be managed with the LG Pro:Centric Smart Application Platform, you can read more at the following links:

Hi @Wan Syafiq

The answer I am afraid is going to be no, this is because while webOS is the overarching operating system the firmware installed on each model/range is tailored to those units.  So it is not possible (to my knowledge) to install the firmware from one unit to another.

If no one else comes up with a better idea my solution would be to purchase something in the line of a ROKU 4K device.
