@Vikram Sud Is the issue with the internal TV speaker, or with an external AV amp (AV Receiver) or sound-bar?

Does it do this on all channels, or one particular channel?  When it happens, do you have to do anything, or does it return to normal volume on its own?

Do you have any other devices attached to the TV via HDMI or SCART/PHONO/RCA leads, or any USB devices? If so try removing them if not in use.

Do you have any Home Automation active (such as Amazon Echo, or Alexa, Google Home etc.), that might be able to control the TV in any way?

I have a 50NANO863PA television and facing the following problem: when trying to start either Youtube or browser app the TV immediately switches to HDMI output and the app wouldn't start at all. Please watch the video I've recorded:
link hidden, please login to view I tried restoring to factory settings, and the apps started a few times, but after that the same issue arise. The OS is updated to latest version. Did you witness/hear about a similar issue before?

For the past year my B7V has been connected to the router via 5GHz wifi with absolutely no issues.  Last week it suddenly stopped worked and will not reconnect. I get "failed to connect" (or something along those lines) every time.
Here is a quick list of the facts/my observations/things I have tried.
None of the other devices in my house have this problem. The TV is in the same room as the router The TV can connect to 2.4GHz I have factory reset both the router and TV I have tried various 5GHz channels I have tried disabling/enabling quick-start I have tried manually setting the time/date on the TV I cannot change the DNS via my router, this option is not available I have tried connecting via WPS  Does anyone have any other ideas on what is causing this problem?
